Just awesome place. Very easy to explore from the hotel. Just wonderful. Grateful to them. All the very best.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus for me.  The express N train can get you to Manhattan in half an hour.  The staff are nice.  Anybody can use the elevator...maybe better if hotel only allow guests to use by requiring room key to use elevator.   Wish the breakfast ends 9:30 or 10 instead of at 9 in the morning.  Maybe need more towel bars and hooks in the bathroom.  It would be ideal to have a filtered water station for guests to fill up reusable water bottles.

I stayed at this hotel because it was an early flight in the morning.
If you really just sleep, there's no problem.
However, I think it is better not to go out in the middle of the night because the security around is not very good.
I headed to the station because I had to take the train before the sun rose, but I recommend ignoring it because I was relentlessly talked to the black driver of the illegal taxi.

I went over to eat breakfast full of joy, and there was only one apple and nut pie left. Is this also called breakfast? Fortunately, the juice and coffee were not consumed by other guests. The hotel room is very small. In order to catch the plane, I have no choice but to let it go!

It's rare to find a hotel in New Zealand without a kitchen, and the two complimentary bottles of mineral water made it feel like I was back home. The room wasn't very large, but it was adequate, with two 1.5-meter beds. The only problem was the ceiling height was too low, roughly around 2.5-6 meters. Combined with the dark duvet cover, it felt quite depressing. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk, which is quite rare in New Zealand.

My husband and I were together for the winter holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can’t say enough the host or hospitable the premises were nicely appointed. It was located close to a beautiful botanical gardens as well as a beautiful college campus as well as stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone who would stay in the area to stay at this place. Be aware that it is not a hot breakfast.

The location was really convenient, close to restaurants and the mall, and only 20min away from the Old Quebec.

The room was very clean and smelling really good 🫶🏻

It was the best and cleanest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Quebec.
All of the staff were friendly.

I'm quite sensitive to cleanliness... I think I'll probably book this place next time I travel to Quebec.
It's a bit far from Old Quebec, but it's only a 30-minute walk while listening to music, and taxi fares are cheap, so it doesn't seem like a burden.
