Pros 
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. 

Cons 
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. 

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

The location is great, right outside the subway station. However, if you've booked an airport transfer to the hotel, it's incredibly inconvenient! Cars can't pull up directly to the hotel entrance, so an unfamiliar driver will drop you off quite a distance away, and you'll have to drag your luggage to the hotel. The same goes for airport departures – it's a real hassle! Plus, there are many restaurants nearby, making it especially noisy at night, and the surrounding streets are quite dirty.

This apartment hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious, and the Seine River is just downstairs. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Collège de France, and École des Beaux-Arts are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.

What I loved most was the option to cook our own meals. My daughter wanted hotpot, and luckily, there's a Chinese supermarket about 2 kilometers away. We bought hotpot ingredients and had a blast cooking and eating together.

The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even helped us arrange an early check-in when a room was available.

Complimentary drinks and coffee are available on the ground floor, providing a very comfortable space to relax and chat.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 7-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette. If you don't feel like walking, it's just one metro stop away, as the metro station is right outside the hotel entrance! Getting to other attractions is also very convenient. Taking a Bolt ride-hailing service to Gare du Nord train station was quick and affordable!

The hotel is very well-equipped with cooking utensils; they literally have everything you might need! It's great for preparing your own breakfast or a late-night snack.

The hotel staff were very polite and even helped me arrange a ride.

The only thing some people might mind is the lack of daily housekeeping service. However, I was perfectly fine with it, as I was only staying for 3 nights.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

It's a bit far from the city center, but it's right outside the subway exit, which is quite convenient. It takes about half an hour to get to various attractions, and it's close to Zhou Enlai's former residence. There's also a Carrefour nearby, the area is very safe, and it offers good value for money.

As it is an apartment type, the rooms may be larger than a typical hotel

Amenities are extensive, but be aware that toothbrushes are not provided

I didn't make any request for a special room, but the room was very clean and spacious with the top floor ＋ terrace.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, so it is convenient when staying with multiple people. All the staff are kind and the English is perfect.
You can have a separate paid breakfast in the breakfast room. Also, if you are a guest, you can drink coffee and hot chocolate on the machine for free, so I am very grateful. There is also a vending machine in front of the elevator.
The view from the room I stayed in is good, and the Eiffel Tower is also visible from the rooftop.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, Cafe de Doo Moulin (so-called Ameli Cafe), the nearest metro station and Pharmacy. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Sacre Cool Temple.
If you stay near Montmartre again, I would like to use it.

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.

We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. 

Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.

Would I return? Yes sure

Facilities: Basic facilities are available, including a complete kitchen. The water from the faucet trickles a bit, which I wasn't a fan of. Everything else is good.

Environment: A view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was good and quiet. Satisfactory. About a 7-minute walk from the subway station. Convenience stores near the tower are more expensive.

Was a great stay. The staffs were very polite, the room was clean, the location is safe and close to the station, nice cafes and bakeries and restaurants around, free drinks on the grand floor. I would stay there again if I ever get the chance to go back :)

The location is very convenient, it is accessible to all scenic spots within 30-45 mins walking distance and 3 mins walk from Barbican Station.Since it is in the residential and Academy area, the surrounding is quiet and safe. It is an Apartment Hotel so no daily housekeeping service and the amenities provided are basic. Launderette at extra costs is available, Tesco and few cafes are nearby  so it will be ideal for travellers who need a stop to clean up and refresh.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.  

**Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated.  

**Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. 

**Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay:  
- **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!).  
- **Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi** that worked seamlessly throughout the property.  
- A laundry room for your washing needs.
- Friendly staff who were always ready to assist.  

**Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The staff were genuinely warm and professional.

**Final Thoughts**  
outstanding value for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in London with the perks of a central hub, this is the place. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Everything was mostly good.
Nice things:
- There's free coffee and fruits in the lobby.
Things to call out:
- no free laundry service, you have to pay 5 GBP for laundry.
- stepping out from the bath tub into the toilet is a slip hazard, my partner actually slipped, luckily she wasn't injured.
- Noise insulation is quite poor for the room, when there are loud guests in neighboring rooms, you'll likely hear them. During our stay, we had a group of young men staying in one of the neighbouring rooms, they'd just keep talking loudly till midnight almost every night, tough to sleep in before midnight as a consequence.

I really liked the fact that they made it possible to drink coffee in the lobby at any time. 
I also liked that I could always drink various types of tea, including black tea. 

The air conditioner is too loud and doesn't work well. The air conditioner needs to be improved. 

The location is so good. 
I was able to travel around London comfortably.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, and the experience truly lived up to the 4.5 star standard. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm and professional service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, with thoughtful touches that added comfort and convenience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the stunning view from the room, which made the stay even more memorable.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing spa and the inviting swimming pool. Dining was another highlight: every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

What stood out most was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making the overall experience seamless and enjoyable.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Only issue was the hotel is a bit far away from restaurants or malls , the only restaurant being the one of the hotel itself.

However, after checkout i got reached out by the hotel asking me for the missing spoon and fork. Really unprofessional of them to think the customer wohld steal the spoon fron the room, a room i paid SGD 1300 for 2 week stay. I might not stay here again because of this altercation.

This hotel is great, having just been built this year. It's very clean and the towels are fluffy.

The cleaning service is impeccable.

There's a mini-mall connected to it (it's in the same building). While there are only two restaurants, there's a Starbucks!! Starbucks!!

There's also a medium-sized supermarket, which is perfect for buying Coke and beer.

For a quiet stay, the facilities and location are, in my opinion, top-notch. 

Though it's actually at the very edge of South Jakarta, closer to Depok, meaning central accessibility isn't great, if you're not planning to venture far, this is the best hotel for a stay.
