Have been staying this hotel whenever I come to Bangkok. They are super friendly and also super helpful. Staying at this hotel also super safe. Many food and massage around this area and also walking distance to morning/night market.

Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok is a stylish, mid-range boutique hotel that blends modern design, attentive service, and prime Sukhumvit location. Ideal for travelers who value comfort and convenience over spacious rooms, and those who enjoy easy access to Bangkok’s BTS/MRT, street food, and malls. It’s especially appealing for couples, small families, and solo travelers looking for good amenities without the high price tag.

Great hotel and rooms are newly renovated but just be careful with the bed edges that may hit when wanna pass through from corner. Comfy bed and Housekeeping personel did a great job. Khun Thanyaporn, Nooma & the Receptionist on duty Sunday afternoon shift (cant get her name) were very helpful and friendly for all the request prior and upon checked-in as well as during the stay. Recommended hotel and will stay again when back to BKK. Welcome Fuji Apple was simple and nice 😊

I was very happy with my stay. The room was kept spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. 

The hotel’s location on Sukhumvit 11 is perfect and makes getting around very easy🥰

This hotel with out the high price great location and unbelievable staff that look after you every time beds and showers and great pool on roof top as well I always stay here because everything I like is high end high quality with a touch of class as well if you get a chance to book up when it’s available you won’t be disappointed it’s close to everything terminal 21 and other malls and restaurants and bars Soi 11 is a part of Bangkok and makes you feel you in the heart of the city BTS is 2 min walk away as well here’s some pictures of hotel

Good hotel not overly fancy but more affordable than others.
The pool is small but fine and the fitness room is good.
The breakfast is excellent superb quality and good choice.
I would recommend and stay again.
I stayed in king room suite.
Went to Sportsman bar soi 13 for roast dinner only 249 baht for lamb/ beef.

The staff provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations, especially the bellman who was very helpful and engaging throughout our stay. Thank you so much!💜 One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it’s pet-friendly, which we truly appreciated.😍

However, our overall experience wasn’t as impressive as expected. There were large groups of foreign tourists during our stay, and the rooms were not very well soundproofed. We could constantly hear loud noises from children running and playing along the corridor, which affected our comfort.

If possible, we would recommend improving the soundproofing in the rooms a bit more — it would really make the stay much more enjoyable.

I stayed in the one bed room suite, the design for the room was good, maybe 20 years ago, everything is so old and dated.  I am ok with that because most of the hotels near the walking street are worse.  
When I woke up on the morning, I found an army of ants in my bed, the train goes from the top to the bottom of the bed.  I slept on a bunch of them.  I called the front desk and the lady came in with a bottle of RAID and start spraying down the bed, change the sheets and left.  Wow.  Then I start finding the ants on the curtains by the window, where my open luggage was on the stand.  Guess what now I have ants in my luggage.  This really made mad.  I complaint to the front desk, they literally just said We Are Sorry 3 times.  
I complaint to Trip, and Trip offered me 550 THB of compensation, which is about $18.  You've got to be kidding me right?

I am very grateful for the hospitality of every staff member of the hotel, and thank David. I feel very happy to see the smile of my sister at the front desk every day.David, in Guangdong, in Shanghai,Accor Hotel Pullman.i will back.

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.
