Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. 
However,  i was surprised the hotel allows guests to pack their purchase goods into boxes for delivery right outside my room along the corridor. There were a few people packing with their masking tapes at night until I had to confront them asking what time will they complete. It was until 10.00pm plus when the irritating masking tape sound stopped.
I thought the goods lying along the corridor were posing a fire hazard in terms of catching a fire as well as preventing a quick escape for the hotel guests.
I will avoid staying in Pratunam hotels in future. 
I was at their 2nd building on the 4th level. Pictures taken outside my room.

Very solid stay at the Galleria. It's about a 300m walk to the main road from the hotel and and it's a bit of a dark walk.  I did not feel in any danger and other hotels are dotted long the road so usually there were other travelers making the walk too. Very cool Night Market just at the main road with food, vendors and entertainment which was great. Pool was good.. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel had promotions for happy hour deals on drinks posted in the room and elevators etc. but there was no actual bar. And when I asked about drinks they didn't have any. Very strange. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the mini-bar prices are reasonable. There are many massage shops in the alley, and a 7-Eleven is just a 2-minute walk away.

It was pleasant stay! The hotel is conveniently located near to Bamrungrad Hospital/ Soi 3/ Soi 11. I went to BKK with two elderly people who very much enjoyed the quiet and friendly ambiance of the property. The staff was friendly who allowed early check-in at the cost of meager THB 800 for travelers like us who were tired from all night flight. The breakfast was also good with a good spread which changed every day. I would recommend families who prefer a little calm environments along with convenience. On the other hand, I would’ve loved if there was a full scale on the roof top which many of the other hotels in the vicinity offers.

Good hotel not overly fancy but more affordable than others.
The pool is small but fine and the fitness room is good.
The breakfast is excellent superb quality and good choice.
I would recommend and stay again.
I stayed in king room suite.
Went to Sportsman bar soi 13 for roast dinner only 249 baht for lamb/ beef.

Well this is a great little hotel tucked away at the end of Soi 13 SUKHUMVIT great location and just been renovated to a high quality and beds and pillows and showers very good smart TVs and great aircon ice cold I always stay here now when I’m out and about unbelievable price if you can get in there as it’s started to get busy staff are very friendly and professional always remember my name roof top pool that’s always quiet as well ..here’s some pictures

Every time I'm in Thailand, I choose to stay at this hotel for a while. It's very convenient, with a good location and a quiet environment. I'm satisfied with all aspects.

The problem with this hotel is that they have hand wash close to bed that’s very uncomfortable.

It was not that great stay for me but yes on that day hotel was sold out so we got that last room through trip.com

This is the second time I've stayed in this property but the previous time it was a Dusit  D2 property and I guess this property has changed hands and is now run by HEETON  concept and it's called Hotel Barraquda by HEETON 
It's a very spacious room and a very inviting pool to hang out with fellow travelers. 
Also a great place to do some laps and catch some rays. 

I have stayed in different types of hotels, worldwide, and I have to say that this hotel Barraquda needs a revamp. I think they have neglected in the maintainance part of this hotel, especially in the rooms 

in the room where I was assigned there was ￼a ”mildew or perhaps moldy” smell.
I give it a chance of hopefully that smell dissipating however, after two hours that smell was still looming around 

I then decided to inform them of  the situation citing reasons that this ”smell” could affect my lungs 

I requested for a room change ￼and that request was promptly acceded  to . 

The new room was not all that different as far as the smell was concerned ￼
However, it was not as looming as in the previous room. 
Overall, it was a pleasant day, especially with the very friendly staff all around ￼￼

The 1 bedroom deluxe suites are very spacious and excellent value for money.Reception staff, housekeepers and security are all very friendly.
Hard to find better value for money in Pattaya.

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.
