Pros: The surrounding residential area is relatively quiet, and the room is spacious enough to fully open two 26-inch suitcases. Check-in was smooth, just entering the access codes for the building downstairs and the room door.

Cons: The frustrating part was that room 503, which we were assigned, had no curtains. Later, we realized the entire curtain track was missing and had been removed and placed in a separate compartment (without screws or a screwdriver). We called customer service to discuss this (knowing English was really important, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to explain it). The customer service initially said they'd send someone to check, but then said the maintenance worker wasn't available and would only come tomorrow. I was like, 'Are we supposed to sleep with all the neighbors watching?' I immediately asked if we could switch rooms, and eventually, we moved to room 602, which had curtains. The whole ordeal took over an hour. Sometimes I feel it's better to be cautious when choosing Airbnb-style accommodations in a foreign country; it can be quite troublesome when you really need help.

The place is very clean and the facilities are perfect. If I had to nitpick, the TV can't be seen from the bed, so I wish the TV cord was longer. The parking lot is about a 30-second walk away, and the price is worry-free with a 12-hour maximum rate. I'm not sure about access by train, so I rated the location satisfaction as 4. I would like to use this place again.

Stayed at Dash Living Ueno Park from July 20-27.
Spacious and cozy apartment - generally clean. Excellent location - just 1 minute to the subway. Quiet neighborhood - good for resting.
BUT:  The blanket was damp and smelly - had to wash and dry it ourselves. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. No clear way to contact the host if issues arise. Support was unresponsive - only got automated bot replies
Overall our stay was good - a spacious and generally clean apartment near the subway. There were some minor drawbacks, but nothing serious. We were satisfied, thank you!

It was my first time traveling to Tokyo, and I was really confused about staying in a B&B!
In fact, I was very dissatisfied with this B&B at the beginning, but objectively speaking, it was a system and service problem!
First of all, after booking a hotel on Ctrip, the hotel will tell you: click on their website one day in advance to upload the information of the guests. This link can really make people explode on the spot, because you can't access the Internet at all in China! This should be the point that Ctrip pays attention to, to communicate and find a more suitable solution. This wave of operations directly affects the check-in, because in terms of time, I couldn't open the webpage before landing in Japan. Even if I arrived, I had to do this and that in a hurry. Finally, I arrived at the door of the hotel and didn't receive the room password!
Check-in is not convenient at all! Network restriction problem, no communication in advance, waiting at the door every minute, I made an appointment to arrive at Shibuya Sky at 17:40, but because I didn't have the password, I waited for 40 minutes in the B&B! I wanted to take pictures of Shibuya at sunset, but I missed it when I got there! ! ! ! I am very dissatisfied with this! ! So I gave 3 points for the service! ! !

Let's talk about things that are not related to human factors.

Facilities: The facilities are good and clean. There are band-aids, cotton swabs, cooking, washing clothes, soap powder, detergent, etc. The bathroom is noteworthy. It is very comfortable to take a shower.
Hygiene: I think it is very good. Don't be picky. I think it is very clean.
Environment: This homestay is not difficult to find. It is just on the roadside. There is a subway and a Family Mart within 100 meters, and there is also a drugstore! I personally think it is very convenient. Go downstairs from the homestay and walk a few steps to the right to reach the subway entrance! You can see Tokyo Tower 200 meters to the left, which I think is very convenient.

Service: Let's not talk about it. Taste it yourself. I give it 2🌟 because neither Ctrip nor the homestay has considered that the Internet cannot be opened in China.

In addition to the service, other conveniences are really recommended. When we left, we also cleaned up and left. Give yourself a thumbs up!

I couldn't edit the guest information during pre-check-in, which effectively made pre-check-in impossible and wasted a lot of my time. I arrived at the hotel around 4:30-5:00 PM and had to check in myself since there was no front desk. Using the iPad for self-check-in was problematic, and I had to call for help, which was very inconvenient.

The location is near Tsukiji Market, with convenience stores and Tsukiji Station within a 5-minute walk. However, if you need to take the JR, you'll have to walk over 10 minutes to Ginza to transfer, which might be quicker. So, it's not actually that convenient.

I have stayed at a hotel in Shibuya before. It is 12 square meters for 2k a night. I have to walk sideways with a suitcase. I can't put my luggage on the bed. And compared to the rails, my colleagues who have a poor sleep change the hotel overnight. 😂
Having this experience, I am charmed by the so-called hotel in Shibuya Shinjuku Ginza. The same budget is below 2k. This Fleg Dongma cloth has a 40-square-meter kitchen, dry and wet separation of wind and toilet, large dining table, large refrigerator (freezing and refrigeration is much better than the hotel's small minibar, bought a lot of ice cream), Enough hangers and washing machines, couches and TVs.
In short, it is very refreshing and complete facilities, washing powder, pesticides, deodorant spray, hand sanitizer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Toothbrush, toothpaste, cleanse and so on. Towels and bath towels press the head, we two, he gave two sets. You can bring your own.
Kitchen utensils and facilities are complete, cups, dishes, knives, forks and chopsticks are complete.
The garbage is divided by yourself, simple recyclable bottles and cans and other dry garbage cans are separated, the garbage room is on the left hand side of the entrance on the ground floor, and you can bring it downstairs when you checkout.
We live on the top floor with a small balcony. Overall it is quite quiet, there are not many cars around, the subway is downstairs and there is a drug store and a supermarket is particularly convenient. Going out is the tower, go to a few net red seats on foot, no longer have to envy people. But I recommend walking around. In fact, many seats are very good. There are too many net red people to queue up.

Hotel location: 4 minutes walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae subway station, about 13 minutes walk to Shinjuku station, Lawson convenience store downstairs, 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby. Coco Ichibanya is diagonally opposite, and I had curry pork chop rice on the first night, which was very satisfying. The pork chop was much better than in China. There is a kaiseki restaurant directly opposite, and many workers lined up for lunch set meals. It is about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Isetan, IOIO and other large shopping malls (you can also take one subway stop to Shinjuku Sanchome)
Hotel facilities: In fact, it is more like a homestay, with no front desk, no restaurant, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, power strip, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, no cleaning service during the stay, contact the hotel through email, of course, you can also contact Ctrip. Because the bathroom has a drying function, all clothes can be dried overnight, which can minimize the clothes you bring. The bed should be 1.35, which is still quite crowded for two people to sleep. Later, I asked for an extra quilt to sleep better.
I would like to praise Ctrip’s service team. I encountered some problems on my first day of stay, and Ctrip’s hotel butler contacted me online late at night to solve them.

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish.

The room was clean and tidy, offering great value for money. It's truly rare to find such a newly renovated environment in urban Hong Kong. I'll definitely stay here again. Five-star review! The front desk staff were also excellent and very helpful. Mandarin is spoken here. The location is also good, convenient and comfortable. Definitely worth the price, highly recommended.

King bed room size was clean and with smart tv, size is adequate, not huge if you have 2 full size luggage but fine with 1, only thing not amazing is the bathroom size being on the small side

Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.

Overall, it was a good stay. The experience was generally positive and everything went smoothly. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some crumbs near the window beside the bed. They were already there before we checked in and unfortunately were not cleaned during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was good and we had a pleasant experience.

The room and hotel lobby are acceptable, but the area immediately outside is not. The surroundings become very crowded on weekends, predominantly with Indian men, and the persistent stares made walking around uncomfortable. The MRT station is about 400 meters away, but the distance feels much longer due to the uneasy environment. I regret not checking the location more carefully before booking, as it ultimately made me feel unsafe as a family with many girls.
A note on the process: you have to check in by yourself, while I found this efficient and pretty cool, it could be challenging for those who don’t much about it.
I would not recommend this hotel for solo female travelers or groups of women traveling without men.
