We arrived quite late, and the hotel upgraded our room, which was a fantastic experience.

This is a renowned five-star hotel in Hangzhou, with luxurious and timeless decor.

Facilities: High-floor rooms offer direct views of West Lake.
Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Environment: Conveniently located right by the Wulin Night Market and West Lake, making for a beautiful setting.
Service: I forgot something, and the hotel helped me mail it. When we checked out, the concierge and security even offered us ice water – a welcome relief from the 40-degree Celsius Hangzhou weather!

Additionally, the breakfast hall is very grand with a great atmosphere, making for a comfortable dining experience.

The hotel environment is absolutely wonderful! There's a shallow pond in front of the lobby with beautiful, charming goldfish. The lawn is neatly manicured and pleasant to look at. Behind that, there's a lake with lotus flowers just about to bloom, and white geese swimming around leisurely. From the room, you can see misty hills, which adds a unique charm. The staff I encountered were all very warm and polite, and the room was clean and well-organized. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and quiet; in the mornings, I'd occasionally hear the calls of cuckoos, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

This time, I chose Zhejiang Hotel specifically for a proper vacation. I wanted to spend a few relaxing days surrounded by greenery, waking up every morning to a view of lush landscapes outside my window. Upon checking in, because we had a child and a lot of luggage, the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. All the staff members had excellent service attitudes. We stayed in the main hotel building this time. Following the directions, we found our room. I initially thought that an older hotel might have somewhat dated facilities, but it turned out the room facilities were great – clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities. We stayed in a business room with a bathtub. The breakfast selection was also diverse, with live cooking stations offering wontons, tossed noodles, soup noodles, pan-fried buns, Liangnong cakes, and tofu pudding, among others. The Western breakfast options were also quite comprehensive. You can visit the 704 scenic spot within the hotel grounds; tickets are 16 yuan, and seniors and children get half price. It's quite meaningful and educational. For exploring the surrounding area, taking the bus is very convenient as driving can be quite congested. 'Green Tea' (a restaurant) is right across from the 704 scenic spot entrance, making dining very convenient. The hotel's own restaurant is also good and worth recommending. I'll definitely visit again next time – I want to try the 'General's Building'!

My stay at the Qiandao Lake Cozy Island Resort was a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities are well-equipped overall, and the guest rooms are clean and tidy, with housekeeping doing an excellent job. The staff were thoughtful, warm, and very friendly and attentive.

I even received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. The in-house dining was delicious; the Chinese-style fish head soup I tried was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and truly outstanding. The daily amenities are also extensive, with a wide variety of free breakfast options in the morning and a pleasant outdoor BBQ experience available in the evening.

The hotel is located on an island, offering a tranquil and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. The overall atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, making it an ideal choice for a leisure vacation.

The hotel has a high-end atmosphere. There is a faint fragrance in the lobby when you enter, and the music in the lobby is also very elegant. When you come to the front desk, the staff are all smiling, giving people a sense of intimacy. Brother Wang Bo reminds us to scan the parking ticket when we go out to park. The hotel has Charging station. After checking in, we found someone to help us carry our luggage to the room and press the elevator button. The room has a smart toilet and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room can see the district government. The lighting is very good at night. Overall, the stay experience is very good.

Location is nice. Breakfast is very chinese style. Though its named radisson online but on property its just mentioned JL hotel. No name of raddison on property. Place is very quite it should have some activities.

The design of the hotel is very good, the supporting facilities are complete, the manager is very nice, responsive, the came is relatively hasty, there is no strategy in advance, the manager also patiently and enthusiastically explained the nearby tourist attractions, although the waiter is a new person, but the service attitude is good, the work is quick, the hotel has a swimming pool, Breakfast is a Chinese set meal, rich in matching and good taste! If you have to give some advice, there is no usb socket in the room. For those who carry more electronic products, it is a little inconvenient. Overall, it is a recommended store!
