Double room, very quiet. The day before, I stayed at Yintai 77, which was very noisy. Changing to this place, it immediately became quiet. Getting around is also very convenient. The cruise terminal and Fengbo Pavilion are right opposite, and Broken Bridge is not far. There's a night market nearby. There are many bus stops next to it, so no matter where you walk along the lake, if you don't want to walk anymore, you can always take a bus back.

We enjoyed the property. Our butler/assistant Xiaoya was soooo extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped us translate and bridged the gap when we didn't understand what was happening. She also helped us book restaurants and excursions. We would've been lost without her for sure! I highly recommend the property and her services. Friendliest staff and good with English.

This trip to Hangzhou during the osmanthus season was an absolute success. The fragrance of osmanthus was everywhere at the Zhejiang Hotel, and even taking a casual stroll along Santai Mountain Road right outside the hotel, you'd spot three or four osmanthus trees around every corner. To our pleasant surprise, when the business rooms I booked were fully occupied, the hotel didn't just fob us off with an arbitrary room; instead, they upgraded us to the Jiangjun Building, which is definitely a step up from what I originally booked. The room instantly gave off a luxurious, classic vibe, and the books on the TV cabinet were actually readable. While the furniture and bathroom fixtures show their age, they are exceptionally well-maintained and still very convenient to use. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly, especially the housekeeping attendant Ms. Dai Haiyan, who kept the room impeccably neat and tidy—two thumbs up for her!

Our room must have been renovated; it had a super large bathtub and a bay window with a lake view. You can tell that even though it's an old hotel, it's making an effort to update and keep up with modern aesthetics! The kids absolutely loved the hotel pool, so we extended our stay for another night. The only minor downside was that there weren't many animals, which might be due to the hot weather. We hope you keep improving; we'll be back to 'inspect' you next holiday! Hehe~

**Ambiance:** Beautiful lake view, and there's a shuttle service to the island. It's about a 20-minute drive to Intime City in the downtown area. Getting to the pier for boat trips is also within a 20-minute drive.

**Service:** All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic! Full marks for service!

We drove to the Nanxun Dielai Hotel with our children. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and efficient during check-in. They even helped us arrange a quiet room for better rest, considering our situation. The bedding was comfortable, and they offered a variety of functional pillows. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and we really appreciated the children's amenities. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor was exquisite and delicious, with beautifully decorated private rooms. The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from Nanxun Ancient Town, so getting a taxi there was quite easy.

The room was spotless, really clean! 👍 They even gave us fishing coupons, and the fishing spot itself was fantastic – tons of fish, so I had an amazing time reeling them in. Overall, the experience was super. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner of the fishing pond was a really nice guy. We had a great catch!
