Fukuoka on a weekend is notoriously expensive, and with my last-minute booking, options were limited. I was a bit worried seeing the lower review scores, but my stay was perfectly fine. It's incredibly convenient: just turn left out of the Chikushi Exit and it's a 1-2 minute walk. If you're taking the Shinkansen, the Chikushi Exit is where you need to be. Plus, the bus to the airport from the old Hakata Bus Terminal has also moved to the bus stop at the Chikushi Exit, making travel incredibly easy.

The hotel is right near Hakata Station, which is perfect for getting around and shopping. We booked a family room and were very happy with it. The toilet and washing area are nicely separated, and the shower, especially, was super comfortable – just what you'd expect from Japanese standards. I loved it! Breakfast was also great, with both Western and Japanese options to suit everyone's taste.

Check-in was strictly at 2pm, although we arrived at 130pm. I broke my stay with a visit to Beppu in between and upon my return, passport was requested to be scanned again. No big issue but I was wondering why was my record not in. 
Coined laundromat gets busy and some guests do not remove their items and subsequent guests cannot use the machines.
Breakfast spread though not as big as many other bigger hotels, it was sufficient and most importantly, tasty - particularly the Japanese selections.
Location was excellent, near the bus terminal and train station which are also accessible via underground walk which was filled with many dining options.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama. After arriving from Kyoto, where we had a slightly unpleasant hotel experience, staying here was a refreshing change.

We booked the Relaxing Room and loved the spacious layout, especially the seating area where we could unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the massage machine provided in the room. Since exploring Osaka involved a lot of walking, we often ended the day with sore legs and cramps, and the machine genuinely helped us relax. The room was clean, and the bathtub was perfect for soaking and unwinding after a busy day. True to its name, the room was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

The only minor drawback would be the location. We liked how quiet Kitahama was, as it is primarily a business district, but it may feel a little far from popular tourist areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which could be slightly inconvenient for some travellers, especially families. However, this was not an issue for us as a couple, as we enjoyed walking around the area. If we return to Osaka, we would definitely love to stay here again. 🙌

Located at the busy Namba which is convenient. But quite walking distance from main Namba station. So if from airport with luggage you need to drag but flat surface. Hotel provided free flow amenities (small towel, hair comb / brush, lotion, milk cleansing, bath powder) at the lobby which is a plus point. 

FamilyMart is right opposite hotel and hotel is surrounded with many other restaurants (halal restaurants were also walking distance such as A5 pangk wagyu and tendon halal). 

Near with two Donki and near the busy shopping distance. Room was spacious for Japan. Check in and check out was easy. Iron provided / hair dryer upon request.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo JR Station, which is super convenient for shopping and also near the underground walkway. The location is excellent. The room has great natural light, and the bathroom facilities are very clean. Plus, the lobby offers free coffee.
