Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, it's really easy to find. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and the lady working there had a lovely smile. The room was more spacious than I expected, with large windows offering a great view. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the faucets were sparkling, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners. The mattress was very supportive, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed by any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. And for this price, including breakfast, it's truly great value for money! There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

It was a two night stand in Xian, but I was glad that I chose this hotel. It was important to have a good sleep and shower any time I need. So everything was fine, thanks to all the staff, they really took care of me, my clothes were washed and ironed, supplies were in the room and they even changed them. Breakfast was good, cheap. Thanks to the staff! The only one disadvantage is that metro station is quite far from the hotel, but I took a taxi anyway.

The room is incredibly spacious and bright, definitely not cramped! It's super clean, and the decor is simple yet elegant. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage, making it easy to put away luggage and clothes. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and all the facilities are brand new. The bed is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

The overall experience of Xi'an H Hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and luxurious, and the bedding is comfortable and sleeps peacefully. The location is convenient, whether it is to go to the city attractions or to Xianyang Airport is very convenient, the front desk service is warm and patient, the details are intimate, the comprehensive price is very high, highly recommended!

The service is outstanding! The two handsome guys working the night shift were incredibly warm and helpful, elevating the hotel's service quality to a five-star level! Even in the middle of the night, they were enthusiastic in asking about and doing their best to meet our needs. They helped us switch rooms and patiently explained the features of different room types, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel's overall hygiene and environment are also excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. Everything was great! Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel on short notice for this business trip, and the experience was much better than I expected. The room was spotless, the sheets and blankets were dry and smooth, clearly changed carefully, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. The toiletries were complete, which made me feel very reassured. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently, and even patiently pointed out nearby restaurants. The best part was the soundproofing; it was incredibly quiet in my room at night, with no noise from the hallway or next door, and I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it included congee, noodles, eggs, and several simple side dishes, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The price was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room is clean and tidy, and there is a small table, just right for the children to do their homework. Opposite the hotel is Chifeng College, where there is a night market with many snacks, very convenient. It is worth praising that the brother and sister at the front desk are super nice. Because of the sudden heavy rain, the brother also held an umbrella for us.
It is a 10-minute walk from Wanda Plaza and a 3-minute drive from Chifeng Museum. I had a breakfast at the breakfast shop downstairs, which is generally highly recommended👍🏻

Very good location hotel, go out is the subway, five minutes walk from Yingze Bridge, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bath water is very happy, breakfast can be full, there are many breakfast shops on the street downstairs and turn left. I read the comments before that there are indeed problems such as elevator chaos, but I personally feel that it is acceptable. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel! If you are particularly concerned about hardware, choose carefully. It's okay to live with a baby!

I was really impressed with this hotel during my business trip! Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were very professional. The room was clean and tidy, and the decor didn't feel outdated at all – you'd never guess it was renovated 20 years ago. The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
