The hotel's location is excellent, right near Fifth Avenue, and Grand Central Station is just downstairs. It's also convenient to find food nearby. The only downside is that the room is a bit old. The room itself is quite spacious, but the bathroom is too small and inconvenient to use. Everything else is fine. Of course, the room rate was very expensive during the World Cup.

The hotel is very close to Macy's and an easy walk to Times Square. The room was clean and tidy, but I'm not sure why I was given an accessible room when I booked a king-size room. It was a bit strange, but I only stayed for one night. The room was a bit cramped and lacked space. I knew I had to pay over $30 USD when I checked in, but they charged me $250. A week later, they still haven't refunded the remaining balance.

I booked here because I didn't want to be crowded. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel room is small (but the price is cheap in Manhattan). There is no parking lot. It cost USD95 for 24 hours (parking is charged everywhere in New York). The room is small, of course, but the facilities are complete. It's okay.

We have not received our deposit back. We checked in late at night after several flights, and the process was quite slow and exhausting. At check-in, we paid an additional €110, which included breakfast for two people and a deposit.
However, the deposit has still not been returned. Moreover, the hotel now claims that the payment was only for breakfast, and they have informed us via email that they will not refund the deposit. This contradicts what we were told at reception, where we were assured that the deposit would be returned shortly after check-out.  
We did not expect such an issue from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, as this was the first stop of our journey, it left us with a rather negative impression.
The hotel is quite remote. We were told the view would be of the city, but in reality it was of the highway. The pool was closed.
The breakfast was good, but it ended up costing us 110 euros (if the don't return a deposit)—which is too expensive.

I booked a balcony room, love the balcony overlooking the city and the metro line. But if you would prefer a quiet environment. it may not be your first choice since it is located above the main road with lots of traffic and noise when the metro passed by. The location is very close to the metro station, convenient stores, SOGO, restaurants. Everything is convenient. They also got complimentary snacks and drinks every evening for guest.  The staff was helpful and nice and can speak fluent English. The room is big and clean. The TV got youtube channels and can do screen mirroring. The room got bath tub which you can enjoy.
