stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. had nothing but praises for this hotel - from the staff who have warmly welcomed and taken care of me (special thanks to Ha for remembering and greeting me on my birthday), to the room that was modern, stylish yet functional, and to the facilities that was so generous (they provide limited snacks for in-house guests for free). the only downside of this hotel is that while it is near the train station covering multiple train lines, traveling to places of interest / tourist spots can take some time - though this is already beyond the hotel's fault/hands. nonetheless will stay here again given a chance.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely hotel.
Unfortunately when we arrived, we found the toilet hadn't been cleaned at all, but we were moved to a new room swiftly and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar each. This was the only main negative. Some little improvements we would have liked; a fridge in our room, also milk and a carafe maybe so we can fill it up with water.
The staff were great, very helpful, and we enjoyed the club area downstairs, especially the free coffee, cak and nibbles. We went in there every day.
The hotel is a bit far out, but well connected via main roads.
We would recommend, though I think next time we'd stay closer to Central Paris.

Firstly, we had some issue with the room in the first night as the room was old and the sofa was damaged and the telephone was not working. However, I provided the receptionist with this feedback and he tried to help us to make our stay as more comfortable as possible. They changed our room to an upgraded room with a nice view and better furniture. So, I really appreciate the kindness of the morning staff and they were very helpful.

Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the price. However, there are a few things that other guests might want to know.
First, only one elevator was working, so there was quite a long wait, especially during check-in and check-out hours. Perhaps this was just a temporary inconvenience during my stay, as I was only there for one night.
Second, I was a bit surprised by the requirement to provide a credit card at check-in, even though all my details were already provided through the booking service. However, this was easily resolved by leaving a 115-euro cash deposit, which was returned upon check-out.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and the climate control and beds were of a good standard. I would also like to highlight the excellent soundproofing, which ensured a good rest. For the price, it is a very decent option.

I've stayed at OKKO in Nice St. Augustin six or seven times now. I've recommended it to many others who attend the Cannes film and television markets throughout the year, and I've brought friends in from Australia. It's convenient to the airport - specially given the long flights we have to endure! - and an easy walk to the train station and the Arenas light rail service. The st
aff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are alwyas clean. The dinner choice (which I haven't yet had) seemed to be so much better on this occasion as previously the evening meal options were very limited. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.
