Utilized the self check in machine and was an easy process. The staff tending there was polite as well, same for when i checked out and returned the key to the desk. love the super spacious room and came with one complimentary bottle of water. Shame i checked in very late and couldn’t spend more time in the hotel😅

Very convenient, located next toa large train station with the airport shuttle just across the road. The facilities are sufficient, there are vending macines and coin laundry at each floor and a good comfortable space in the lobby to sit and have a coffee. Everything else I needed was nearby.
 Main attraction is the location, it is busy with plenty of restaurants open through the night and lots of shops.

New, clean hotel in a great part of Shibuya! The location was fantastic! Connected to the subway station, which made travel around Tokyo easy and convenient, and the Shibuya Stream mall the hotel was located in was great as well! The room wasn’t big, but that’s expected in Tokyo. The room was clean and staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first time visitors.

This hotel is quite famous, so the price isn't cheap; it's comparable to a 500 RMB hotel in China. Not all rooms offer great views. Lower floor rooms only look out onto air conditioners and the roofs of nearby low-rise buildings. I recommend booking a higher floor room. The elevator lobby offers excellent views, worth checking out. Its convenient location is, of course, a big plus.

The staff is able to communicate in English.  Check in and out is fuss free.  The hotel provides simple snacks for its guests at the hush hush restaurant from 1800 to 2200hrs.  The room is small but it is a norm in Tokyo.  Lotions, comb or shaver can be self picked up at the reception area.  The room is clean and the location of the hotel is a plus.  Shibuya crossing is just around the corner.

Location: Exiting Shibuya station, there's ongoing construction, so you might need a moment to find your bearings, but it's not difficult to locate, situated directly opposite Tokyo Plaza.

Facilities: The hotel is very modern, featuring a spacious lobby and relatively new room amenities. It comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and as a delightful surprise, we also received an SK-II morning and evening skincare sample set upon check-in.

Environment: The view from the window is absolutely stunning, both by day and night. I snapped a quick photo, and it honestly looks like a perfect backdrop for a blogger's video – haha!

Service: The front desk check-in service was excellent. However, for a hotel of this standard, the breakfast quality felt a bit basic, with limited options. Coffee and tea had to be brought by staff – I'm not sure if that was meant to make guests feel more pampered or exclusive. Overall, the breakfast was just average, but everything else was great.

We liked this hotel is near at the subway and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. But We traveled with our 2 babies 3y/o and 7months and we used a lots of clothes and this hotel don’t have a washing machine 😞. They offer laundry in house but it’s expensive. And then they gave us a 2 twins bed and push it together but didn’t put anything in the middle so my 7 months old baby got stuck in the middle all the time 😞.

The room is nice but there is no bathtub in the room which is not convenient for us because we have small children with us. The hangers in the entrance right side were covered with dust. There were coffee and water in the room since we have children we hope to have juice for the kids too.
The breakfast was very good, the cook and servers are very polite. The bread and miso soup was very good.

Having enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene view of pine trees reflected in the restaurant's pond was incredibly soothing. Furthermore, perhaps owing to its prime location near the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the hotel offers incredibly convenient direct underground access to public transportation, yet the street-level environment remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the presence of Chinese-speaking personnel ensures that Chinese guests will face virtually no language barriers. On a delightful side note, the ambient fragrance used in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's corridors is utterly captivating – I highly recommend making it available for purchase at the hotel's souvenir shop! I will absolutely be rebooking here for my next trip to Tokyo.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, close to everything. There's a Lawson and a big supermarket right downstairs. What's truly amazing, especially in this snowy winter, is being able to get to the hotel directly from Sapporo Station without even stepping outside! The hotel is also very new, and the room views are fantastic. The onsen (hot spring) on the top floor is rarely crowded, and the amenities provided are excellent. Highly recommend!

I visited the Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel with my team in the first half of this year and found its location to be excellent. It's just a 1-minute walk from Susukino subway station, 5 minutes from Tanukikoji shopping street, and 8 minutes from Odori Park. You can also reach Sapporo Station directly via an underground passage in about 25 minutes. Plus, the surrounding area is packed with department stores, offering endless shopping opportunities. Secondly, the breakfast spread is fantastic and really hit the spot. They offer a wide variety, including Hokkaido-style dairy products, natto, udon noodles, as well as seafood, grilled meats, various drinks, fruits, vegetables, and desserts. Thirdly, while the room facilities aren't brand new, they are comprehensive. And the view is spectacular, facing directly towards the Ferris wheel 🎡. Based on that positive experience, I booked a three-night stay for my solo trip. True to my expectations, this stay was also very satisfying.

The room in Japan was spacious, and the location was excellent. It's a five-minute walk to the subway station and a ten-minute walk to Susukino for dining. It's definitely a place I'd want to stay again on my next visit. The airport limousine bus also offers convenient direct access. Just take the bus line to Nakajima Park, and it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. I pre-booked and received two free Leisure Passes, which would normally cost 200 per stop – an absolute steal!

The hotel's location is pretty good, but that's about where the positives end. My room overlooked the cemetery of Tairyu-ji Temple, which was a bit unsettling. Since the room fee was paid online and non-refundable, I had no choice but to stay. The front desk staff were quite cold and unhelpful, and they don't accept Alipay or WeChat Pay. Both the room and bathroom were tiny. On the upside, the transportation is extremely convenient. It's very close to Umeda subway station and Hankyu Department Store, with a bustling commercial street just behind, offering plenty of dining and drinking options.

The room was incredibly spacious. Although it was listed as 22 square meters, it felt even larger than a typical Hanting Premium room in China. We could easily open two suitcases without them getting in the way at all. The bathroom wasn't those integrated, plastic-y types; both the bathtub and shower fixtures felt quite high-quality. The bed was a bit small, I'd estimate around 1.6m (but for two people, it's fine if you don't toss and turn much). 

The hotel has two communal laundry rooms, costing 500 yen for a wash and dry cycle, which was very convenient. There are also vending machines where you can buy drinks anytime.

The room had a small window.

It’s my third visit to The Park Front Hotel! This time my whole family stayed here for two nights and it was another wonderful stay💖 The hotel is really great if you are visiting USJ and I highly recommend it. I will surely visit again when visiting Osaka👍 See you next time!
