Friendly and helpful staff. Room was super comfortable with plenty of water and modern amenities. Amazing location close to the night market and a lot of attractions in Myeongdong. You also have neighboring public transport to help you move around Seoul.

Most guesthouses designed for large groups aren't usually very appealing, but this one is not only spacious but also has a fantastic atmosphere – truly amazing! Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which really makes you feel like a VIP. The rooms are incredibly photogenic, and the amenities are well-stocked, making for a very comfortable stay.

Shocking! My first ever bad review goes to this hotel! 

1. When we first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how big the hotel was. But then at check-in, they hit you with a ton of rules: no noise after a certain hour, you can't turn off the air conditioning – if you're cold, just turn on the floor heating? I honestly laughed out loud! The AC fan was roaring all night, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could clearly hear car doors shutting outside.

2. Even more shocking, the fire alarm in this building went off once at 1 AM, and then for a whole half-hour at 4 AM! Everyone was just standing around on the first floor in the middle of the night, staring blankly. It went off sporadically a few more times when it got light. The next morning, we asked the staff, and they said someone smoking had been taken to the police station. But I honestly don't really believe that, because it went off way too many times. Were people constantly trying to challenge the fire alarm or something!?! 

3. We tried to book a hair spa via WeChat starting from the day before, but no one ever responded. No one responded in the morning either, and when we went to ask in person, it was all fully booked. Seriously, what's up with that?? 

We gave feedback on all these issues to the staff, but besides verbal apologies, there was absolutely no action taken to compensate or show regret. They have more demands for guests than for themselves, full of flaws yet they act like they're impenetrable. Absolutely a terrible review!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Lotte Mart, making shopping and transport incredibly convenient. We booked three separate rooms, and they were all spacious, well-laid-out, and very clean. My two friends and I shared a room, and we were generally very satisfied with the overall accommodation.

However, the male receptionist who checked us in provided an extremely poor service experience. He was consistently cold and uncommunicative, clearly displaying a discriminatory attitude towards foreign guests, and was incredibly rude. When we arrived, we asked to store our luggage at the front desk, but he failed to issue any baggage tags, which offers no protection if luggage goes missing. He completely ignored our concerns and gave us perfunctory responses. The luggage storage process was chaotic, and the hotel should take responsibility for this.

We arrived only 15 minutes before the official check-in time, hoping to check in early. However, he was extremely rigid and unaccommodating, insisting that we could only check in precisely at 3 PM. His attitude was appalling and inhumane. I hope the hotel addresses this issue.

On a positive note, most of the other hotel staff provided good service. The housekeeping staff were polite and diligent, and the female receptionist who worked later was friendly, enthusiastic, and provided thoughtful and excellent service.

There are still some deficiencies in the hotel facilities; the bathroom drainage was poor, with water draining slowly and easily accumulating, which urgently needs repair and improvement.

Overall, the hotel's location and room conditions are good. If the hotel can strengthen its front desk staff service management, rectify discriminatory and neglectful service attitudes, improve luggage storage procedures, and fix the bathroom drainage issues, the stay experience would be significantly enhanced, and we would then consider staying again in the future.

This place is great because it's close to the station and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. With two rooms and three beds, it could comfortably accommodate even six people. The inside of the accommodation was very clean from the moment we checked in, and the bathroom was really spotless with excellent water pressure in the shower. The long island counter made it easy for a group to eat together, and the sofa and chairs were well-sized and perfectly placed. The bedding was also fresh and comfy. All in all, I think it's a hotel with excellent facilities for the price. The only downside is that since it's located in a busy area, the noise at night can be quite loud, like club music, for example.

Every time I come to Korea, I stay at UH! They have several branches.
This time, I traveled with my family and chose a suite at this particular location. The room was spacious enough for a family of five, very comfortable. The facilities were also all great. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, Starbucks, and a BBQ restaurant, super convenient!

the room is big with 2 rooms ( 1 room has 1 bed and the other has bunk bed with queen size) so it is nice for family trip as most hotel in seoul has quite small size so you need to book 2 rooms while in Uh seolleung we can book only 1 room.. the location is very near to train station ( 1 minutes walk) , the amenities in the room is minimum.. only soap, shampoo and conditioner.. we need to bring tooth paste and and the brush , showe cap, lotion.. they dont give it.. but overall I'm happy with the room

The staff at this hotel are very nice. The location is also good; it's easy to hail a taxi, and there are restaurants and an Olive Young nearby, so I could even do some last-minute shopping before catching my flight on the last day.

However, there are a few critical flaws ⚠️
1. 😡 I wouldn't recommend bringing children here! Our two-year-old cried for about 10 minutes around 10 PM, and a staff member came to ask us to be quieter. We understood it might disturb others, so we replied that we'd try our best to cooperate and that it would probably be over in about 15 minutes. Ten seconds after we closed the door, the staff member rang the doorbell again and asked us to be quieter once more. First, 10 PM isn't that late, and the crying wasn't prolonged; it was only because the child was taking a bath. We already said we'd try to cooperate, but children are children, and they're genuinely hard to control. If they're so concerned, perhaps they shouldn't accept children, or they should improve their soundproofing.
2. The drainage is terrible! The toilet 🚽 even got clogged... When we called the front desk at night, they gave us a plunger to deal with it ourselves. I'm not sure if this is standard procedure, or if a staff member should have helped us. Afterwards, I checked the hotel reviews and found many people complaining about poor drainage, but I never expected to encounter a clogged toilet.
3. The windows don't have privacy film, so you can see into the room from outside. Plus, the hotel is located near an inner street, which feels quite unsafe and exposed.
4. The curtains aren't blackout enough. It gets bright very early in Korea, making it easy to be woken up by the sun.
5. The bed sheets had stains. Although the hotel states that housekeeping only cleans every four days, I found stains on the first day of my stay, which is completely unacceptable, especially since I was traveling with a child.
6. The sink is too small! And it never drains completely every time...

Very comfortable, and the kids loved having a pool in the room, though the water flow was slow and weak, so it took a while to fill up. The living/dining area with a large table was great for our family to share fruits and takeaways. :)

The WhatsApp service desk was quick and friendly, helping with things like laundry and tissue refills. However, the TV was only operable in Korean.

I suggest adding a coat rack near the entrance, especially useful for hanging winter coats upon arrival.

Staff were attentive and friendly and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with modernised kitchen and bathroom facilities. It’s located around a lot of food and coffee options and is walking distance to a number of popular tourist spots markets/malls.

The cleaning staff visited every day and ensured towels were changed and that the bed was remade, making for a very pleasant stay that felt very luxurious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The sea view is good and able to see whole beach. But the bathroom is not really good because it does not have any curtain or door to separate the bathing area and toilet. The whole bathroom becomes wet after anyone took the shower. Also there was a spider in the room when i arrived. Luckily there is another room for me.

I was curious because the hotel had ”spa” in its name... and indeed, the hotel room had a large, stone-built bathtub next to the bed.
I thought the room would be humid, but thanks to the good ventilation, it wasn't humid. The water flowed well, so I drew a shallow stream and soaked my feet in the hot water, which was really nice! My feet and legs were sore from walking around so much, but sitting in the hot water felt like my fatigue was quickly disappearing!
The room itself was spacious and clean, so it was comfortable!
However, it's a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk.
Namba Yakasa Shrine, famous for its lion statues, is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend visiting.
