Aero Ak AP: It is a tired and inexpensive facility that has the essential items present ie. comfy mattress, clean, ironed sheets, effort made to present the room well, tv plus it has generous, off street parking. The service was pleasant. Restaurant available. No air-con, in-room plates, cutlery or microwave. Having a door to the verandah was a highlight.. They provide transport to get to the airport 14 minutes away. .

Excellent, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location was great, and the room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. We didn't end up using the cooking facilities. Both the bedroom and living room had enclosed windows where you could look outside. The breakfast was decent; it had everything you needed to feel full and nourished each day. The male night receptionist at the front desk was particularly good – he always greeted us warmly. There was also a female staff member we occasionally saw who was very nice. The only minor issue was one female Indian receptionist on our check-in day who was a bit bland and not very polite or friendly. But it's fine, I just stayed polite myself! We got our room smoothly and were even able to check in early. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Auckland.

Ideal solution for a late arriving flight, easy and simple with a spacious, well-appointed room. Excellent value for money, especially with the shuttle included. The food was the only disappointment, with a chicken burger being $25 but not having chicken breast patties like should be standard for this price-point - instead it had cheap orange-coloured crumbed minced ”mystery chicken” patties. 

I stayed for two days and didn't want to leave, so I extended my stay for another three days. It's mainly because it's very convenient for sightseeing, strolling around, and shopping. Every day, I could wake up a bit later at a relaxed pace, have a cup of coffee (provided in the room) with milk, bread, and eggs, and then head out for some fun or shopping. I did have one question during this stay: I was there for a total of five days, and no one came to clean the room or empty the trash cans. Do guests have to request cleaning, or is this just how hotel-style apartments operate?

Service was absolutely wonderful people polite and friendly, rooms clean and fresh, however the food at the restaurant was atrocious. $40 for what was supposed to be Scotch Fillet but was actually something undefinable and tasted off. Gravy like water. I didn't finish it and for the record I am the least picky eater you will ever meet.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY!
The incompetent front desk staff DEDUCTED my security deposit without a single word of explanation. When I desperately needed early check-in because my wife was SICK, the front desk manager had the audacity to treat me like garbage. Instead of showing basic human decency, this manager SCREAMED at me - completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
The breakfast was a complete JOKE - pathetic selection that wouldn't even satisfy a child. The room TV was completely BROKEN due to their failure to maintain basic cable connections. They can't even manage the simplest amenities.
This was hands-down the WORST hotel experience of my life. An absolute disaster from start to finish. Management is incompetent, staff is rude, and the facility is falling apart. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Very close to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Fast check-in and check-out. Would definitely come back if travelling to NZ and looking for accommodation nearby Auckland Airport. There’s a free shuttle (running every 15 minutes)from the airport to the hotel (both ways) that we used and works very efficiently, it takes 15 min. Drive. Definitely suggested.

We stayed 3 nights in this motel. It has very convenient location which is within walking distance to food, shop and just cross the street you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. However, the sound proofing is not very good. Even all doors / windows closed, you still hear the traffic noise.

It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

Located in a quiet area, roughly 10 minutes walk from the Tourist Centre. The reception is always empty and only open a few hours during the day. We couldn’t drop off our suitcases as we arrive at 10am. I wrote to the hotel in advance enquiring about it in advance ibut no response
