Our stay at W Hotel Guangzhou was absolutely delightful! A special shout-out to Rebecca from Guest Relations – she was incredibly proactive, reaching out before our arrival to understand our needs and responding swiftly and professionally. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday setup and a little surprise, making the celebration feel extra special and bringing so much joy to my kid. The hotel's location in Zhujiang New Town is super convenient for getting around, the rooms are spotless, and the signature W trendy design creates a fantastic atmosphere. Rebecca continued to follow up throughout our stay, patiently answering all our questions and providing attentive service that was never intrusive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely choose W Hotel Guangzhou again on our next visit!

Stayed in a three-bedroom apartment with elderly parents and children. The location is super convenient, close to Zhengjia Plaza, Tiyu West Road, and the Liuyun residential area food street. The service was impeccable; the butler was responsive via WeChat. Even though there weren't enough kids for the cooking class, they still gave us little gifts like scented candles. The gym, located on one side of the hotel, has excellent equipment. We'll definitely choose W Apartments again for our next family trip.

The rooms are very unusual and have a really interesting design — we genuinely liked them. The service was good, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. We were especially happy when we were given a room with a terrace overlooking the bay. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel. She's incredibly picky, so if she liked it, then it's definitely a 10 out of 10. It feels just like home. Everyone is smiling and helpful. It's clean, fresh, comfortable, and beautiful. The design is magnificent. You can feel the heart and soul of the people who created this project in every corner. Modernity blends seamlessly with an oriental style. The hotel boasts a wonderful, expansive property, shared by three hotels. There are many restaurants and bars on the premises. We tried to visit all of them, and I think we succeeded! Everywhere was delicious and beautifully presented. The only thing we didn't like was the Pan-Asian buffet… The ingredients seemed fresh, but it tasted awful. Yes, there's construction on one side, but it really wasn't bothersome, neither outdoors nor inside the hotel. The soundproofing is excellent! This hotel is very family-friendly. There were a lot of small children, perhaps we visited during that season. But don't worry, the hotels have three private beaches, one of which is 16+. There are also many pools and a water park.

The hotel’s restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but they served some free bread in the morning. Catherine from front desk is very nice and friendly, free upgraded my room. Location wise, it’s in a quiet place away from the downtown but close to UCLA, there’s a botanical garden nearby in walking distance, which is my favorite place during the day. Room is spacious with good conditions.

The bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was fine. There's no shower head, which is inconvenient for women washing their hair.
