It was truly the best location

We were dissappointed this time here. The office was closed all the time. We had to call if we needed something. The telephone didn't work. We had to check before going to breakfast every morning to see if it was ready. Had to check again at night to see if cobbler was ready. We are disabled and they put us in the last room. There was a spider web in the bathroom. Probably will not stay there again.

Wonderful stay. The room was extra clean very comfy and cozy. Updated bathroom was a plus and the dessert at night was amazing! Will stay again.

Check in was a breeze...everything was spotless in the room. Very quiet this time of year and a much slower pace in Branson. This was our first-time visit after reading all the positive reviews. Branson's Best truly lives up to its name! Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy! Five stars to the staff! We'll be back soon!

BED BUG FOUND! It was found in room 104. We checked into our room late in th afternoon and checked out early due to bed bug found in the bed. I put it in a clear cup and notified management. They offer to put us in another rom we requested our money back. I was told not to worry about our refund we would receive it from *******. I followed up with management the following day and told them ******* attempted to contact them via phone and email. No refund has been issueed by the hotel.

Definately the cleanest hotel in Branson. Shen you get out of the shower the tile doesnt stain or ruin the floor mat.

I had a client who needed a place to stay. I booked this place for him. I drove him all the way there, only to find out that they don't take people after 11:00 pm. I booked it at 11:15! It wasnt even midnight yet. The number on the door wasnt answered and we couldn't raise anyone. We had to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

Hotel in Branson was comfortable. Disappointed as it advertised breakfast, but wasn't available do to it being off season in Branson.

This is a very dated motel that is showing its age. The price was great for what we received. Because of the off season the advertised breakfast was not available and the ice machine was off.

the staff was so nice and our room was clean! they have a pretty nice breakfast in the mornings. they also have cobblers and icecream for desert at night which was a great idea! me and boyfriend had it every night. we’ll be coming back

Room average, tub very old and discolored, shower head needs replaced...does not have any adjustment options and the one setting did not rinse well. Breakfast starts at 8 which is way too late. Breakfast quality not great, and was out of stock on basic items. Staff blamed delivery truck delay...go to the store and purchase the items you are out of. Guests should not be shorted...not our fault. Not provided room tissues.

Highly recommend this place! Free breakfast was amazing. They served scrambled eggs, biscuits fried potatoes

I did not like that breakfast was it not until 8:00 a.m. I'm an early riser and every other Hotel I've ever stayed at had breakfast at 6:00 a.m. I would suggest getting USB plugins so we can charge Electronics while we are here.

Excellent location. Breakfast was very good, with sausage baskets and gravy and potatoes and eggs. We will stay here again.
