I been here like almost 3 weeks friendly staff and it’s clean

Hotel was good service was good food was good

The hotel and staff were good, but they are really stingy with the TV channels. They didnt even have basic cable.

On a 7 night stay, we didn’t get housekeeping until day 4 despite talking to 3 staff that made note to ensure it happened when it was missed. Additionally let the virtual attendant know. Despite all of this, housekeeping was still missed. Bathroom did not have a fan so it became extremely moist with even the quickest shower. Some staff were helpful, others were rude and short despite us being pleasant the entire time. The facility had an air of just being poorly managed in general. Location was great for our event, but wouldn’t recommend staying unless it’s just for a single night stopover.

Didn't like the lack of water pressure and water wasn't hot enough.Also the air conditioner was noisy.

The hotel is in good condition and we appreciated the hot breakfast options. Our only complaint is that we were in the part of the hotel that didn’t have an elevator and we had a lot of luggage. Fortunately someone of the hotel helped us carry things up.

Checked in for a night stay because I live hours away from work and had to be back in the morning. Front desk was helpful and kind and the room was very nice and clean. Price was fair, especially for the area. I would return.

The room smelled as well as the hallway and the hotel had roaches.

Beds were comfy, keurig machine was nice.The complimentary iron and board came in handy. The pool looked nice but we didn't go in. The biggest negative was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Every 3 months I travel to South FL on business and stay at this hotel

Kyra and May were excellent at the front desk. I felt welcomed and my stay was great! Good location, lots of shopping and accommodations were very nice. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely kind and curtious. Genuine in areas of hospitatlity services.

Hotel was clean, very poor water pressure. Breakfast was a joke biscuits were frozen, cinnamon rolls were hot on edge but frozen in middle, all the juices were warm. The lady “working” self serve buffet was very rude and yelled at people

The A/C unit was malfunctioning….The idea to stay the night was to sleep after the event I had last night and drive fresh to Miami…so waking up every hour and checking out before 9 am can describe my experience? Besides the A/C my room was very uncomfortable…i checked in at 4 pm took a shower…and went to work …I got back around 2 am and I couldn’t sleep…I was in contact with the front desk since around 5 am… I feel really bad because they do their best but the property issues are not their fault…
