This hotel is near the airport and truly offers great value for money. The room size is perfect for two people and comes equipped with cutlery and an induction cooktop, so you can cook your own meals if you don't feel like eating out. It's also within walking distance of the village supermarket.

The hotel is pleasant and spacious, located just a few minutes' walk from the CDGVAL if you choose to park your car in the airport car parks. The family loft rooms are large with a view of the airport. However, I advise against the restaurant: the prices are those of a proper restaurant, but the dishes are nothing like restaurant quality. For example, the pinsa costs €24, yet it strongly resembles the pre-cooked pinsa dough from Grand Frais. The entrecôte was tiny, served on a dessert plate with a baked potato cut in half… in short, save your money.

Overall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. The room quality was average; it seemed like an old room that had been renovated. The card reader even said 'Residence Inn,' which doesn't meet Courtyard's standards. The service attitude was above average. You can take the CDGVAL to the airport, but if you take the hotel shuttle, it costs an extra 8 euros, which isn't really worth it.

The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

Parking is free. Two Ibis hotels are in the same building with breakfast. The Ibis next to it should be more expensive. The price-performance ratio is very high.

The hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

Well it's a good budget hotel near airport in Paris. Far from the city but very close to bus station. Clean little rooms just like in the picture shown. In November it was really cold but aircon was working fine. No kettle in the room, that made our stay bit difficult. We needed go to reception area to use microwave to drink warm water.
