"The room was dirty from the floor; it was seen land, hair... in bed one as another hair too. I understand that it was high season, there was too much people flow; but that doesn't remove that they should deliver the impecable facilities for the next guest entrance. I didn't want to complain or want to change room. For times. But if I had had more time or had come to that reservation for other reasons if I had done so."

Only thing was, opened our room door and there was no electricity? Front desk didn't inform us... Went to the front desk, then was told it was a key card that needed to be used into a key card slot in the room. (Never had seen this or heard) been in several hotels. (Learn something new everyday). Other than that. Nice stay.

TTAKAHIROWe use our hotel when we are on a business trip to Elmoshiyo. I always liked it in a comfortable room, but this time there was a dead insect in the room for the first time, which was a pity, but other than that, I am satisfied. I'm glad I have slippers.
