GGuest UserThis was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience .
Thank you again
GGuest UserThe Marriott Courtyard in Cary, NC is a well-maintained hotel with clean, comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff was especially welcoming, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. A pleasant stay overall!
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay. They do excellent daily cleaning, which is not typical in alternative hotels, even more expensive ones, in nowadays Raleigh. The breakfast is so and so, but one cannot expect to have a descent breakfast in rural US.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy. The facilities are also very complete, the coffee cups are of good quality, and the restaurant bar downstairs has a variety of drinks. The service is also in place. The sanitary environment is very clean, especially the bathroom has no odor. Parking is very convenient. The reception service at the front desk is warm and in place.
KKAREN MARYA very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.
GGuest UserThe hotel is large, the price is very reasonable, the room is relatively large, the executive room is selected. Breakfast is OK, but it is more fixed. It is also more convenient from the airport.
Overall, I will stay here next time I come to North Carolina.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jasmine. Jasmine made sure we were able to stay on the same floor as my other family members. The parking was perfect. The pool was warm and clean with the exception of a few leaves. The breakfast was okay, not the best choices of food but decent. The only issue we had was trying to navigate the sofa bed (user error). Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room suite is not bad, very close to Raleigh Airport, Wi-Fi is very good, you can also send Shuttle to pick you up when you call the airport in the middle of the night.
Breakfast is more general, not many choices.
Bad experience: At 11:30 this morning, when taking the Shuttle from the hotel to the rental car point (5 minutes drive), a black driver blackmailed that Shuttle cost $10 and had to pay in cash. Knowing that Shuttle is free, I also prepared a tip of $10, but listening to him ask for money, there was me in the car at the time, for safety, I gave him a $10 fare and a $10 tip. This 20-knife taxi is definitely more than enough. This experience is really bad
AAnonymous UserLocation of the hotel is great, easy access to stores and highway. Plenty of parking. Check in was easy. However rooms and towels are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it. Requested towels and cleaning on day 2 however it was not completed and had to go see the front desk upon return. Phone in the room did not work the entire time. Breakfast was decent.
GGuest UserI had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired.
Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew.
My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.
