"The location to this property from Raleigh airport was excellent, however the property is in great need of update. The entrance needed a good sweep of leaves, the hallway baseboards need replacing, there was spilled soiled spots on the carpet on my floor, the elevator was missing a handrail on one side (looked like someone pulled it off the wall) and the elevator and floor were filthy. The room was large and bed clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport and the planes begin take off at 6ish and run late. This hotel needs a good manager. I assume this hotel is making money because of location to airport and downtown Raleigh. I have stayed in La Quinta a few times in Florida."

"The hotel is large, the price is very reasonable, the room is relatively large, the executive room is selected. Breakfast is OK, but it is more fixed. It is also more convenient from the airport.
Overall, I will stay here next time I come to North Carolina."

"Service was okay and location suited my needs. I got into the elevator and it reeked out **** right away. Went up to my room, it also REEKED of ****. I went back down, the guy was nice enough and moved me to a better room which worked out okay for my purposes. There was a baby going ballistic and screaming and crying all night. Seemed to be pretty low class people around but I guess this is what you get at this price point. Breakfast was super early (5-9), I ended up sleeping in and missed it. Was in town to see my sister so not too bad for the money, BUT next time I might spend a little more and opt for something much nicer."

"The room and shower were comfortable and clean. The shower seat was helpful for use near the sink counter as well as in the shower. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food and drink. The location was near the mall with many restaurant choices for dinner. The elevator was not working, but we were on the first floor."

"It was very clean and new. Location was fabulous and lots of shops and restaurants are walkable.

"Location of the hotel is great, easy access to stores and highway. Plenty of parking. Check in was easy. However rooms and towels are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it. Requested towels and cleaning on day 2 however it was not completed and had to go see the front desk upon return. Phone in the room did not work the entire time. Breakfast was decent."

"I was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport."

Great hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.

Across the road is a cinema, and there are target and marshall shopping malls next to it. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, Chinese food, Japanese food and Greek food.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The facilities are also very complete, the coffee cups are of good quality, and the restaurant bar downstairs has a variety of drinks. The service is also in place. The sanitary environment is very clean, especially the bathroom has no odor. Parking is very convenient. The reception service at the front desk is warm and in place.

Checking in and out was a breeze… the staff were very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean… our biggest issue was parking…no spaces available both nights

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jasmine. Jasmine made sure we were able to stay on the same floor as my other family members. The parking was perfect. The pool was warm and clean with the exception of a few leaves. The breakfast was okay, not the best choices of food but decent. The only issue we had was trying to navigate the sofa bed (user error). Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I have booked this hotel for the second time on a business trip. It is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is very rich. The coffee, scrambled eggs and bagels are all the best. The service attitude is also very good. I will come again.

I had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired.
Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew.
My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.
