MainStay Suites St. Louis Airport

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, staff was friendly. They offer a 24 hr store and have complimentary breakfast.

This is our second time at this hotel. The room is spacious and the bed were comfortable. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness as there were take out food containers left in the fridge and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Staff was friendly. Especially the girl during the day. Room was clean.

not working phone and alarm clock. one piece of soap bar only. no lotion,no shuttle service...

Well to begin, The room had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were just put back on. Poop stain on the sheets. Blood stains on the comforter & sheets. Hairs all over the sheets. The floor was not vacuumed at all. Pretzels & other food pieces, a Drinking straw, hair pins, several eyelashes, other random pieces of trash. Table leg was broken which made it unstable. Chairs had gross sticky substance on every chair but 1 chair was covered in a liquid that seemed like bodily fluid. Mirror looked like someone spit at it about 10 times to watch it run down. So we asked for a different room but clerk refused to switch us since they were booked full but this was 4 o'clock and there wasn't hardly anyone there. It was clear she didn't want to deal with this. She said the housekeeping staff was all new. (seems like vacuuming would be the easiest part of cleaning). She said that the manager would be back in an hour. Knowing we were screwed either way we asked for a vacuum and SWEPT THE FLOOR OURSELF & CLEANED THE ROOM OURSELF. We got additional sheets to change the beds. No manager ever contacted us during our stay & we were pretty pissed at the situation we were put in with our family. Even when we checked out they didn't ask how our stay was. This was a different woman by then. Really cant believe this happened at this hotel since we have stayed here several times before and it was fine. After filling out their emailed "rate your stay" form I received a very copy & paste reply from Rocky with the typical we will pass this if on to our housekeeping. This hotel is going down fast.

Hotel served our needs for a one night stay. Bigger room with a full service kitchen. Parking is limited so we had to park down the road.

Not the easiest to drive to because the entrance is on the one-way exit ramp from the highway. If you miss the turn-in (which is easy to do), you must go around back around a cloverleaf on and off the highway again.

The first room that I was put in had hair all over the bathroom floor. The next room I was moved to smelled like pot everyday. The couch had stains and the closet door wouldn't open. This area is very sketchy and always had someone sitting in their car for many hours next to our vehicle. They have lots of security cameras at the front desk but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have kids. Complimentary breakfast is horrible unless you make a waffle or eat cereal. I wanted to leave the first day but I had to stay since I booked with ******* or I wouldn't get my money back.

Great customer service and clean rooms. It would have been nice to have USB plug outlets in the rooms to plug up my phone.
