Very nice hotel. Staff is very service oriented and the breakfast was amazing! Huge selection.

3minutes walk to the tram and train station. Very convenient to get to almost anywhere. Nice view too

we brought one check-in suitcase and one carryon luggage but no one helped me to take them to my room.

The room was clean and tidy, looked very comfortable, and the view was very good. It was very close to the Grand Place, just a 15-minute walk away. The room service was warm and friendly. It was a pity that I only stayed for two days. I will stay here again next time!

Overall it's great. There are boutique stores next to it.

It's so noisy!! This hotel is on the street, and in the middle of the night, there were police cars, ambulances, and motorcycles. I can sleep normally, but I was woken up by them. Other than that, there are no other problems.

Must try: 21st floor sauna and steam room with a view; there is also a fitness facility with windows on the same floor
