We checked in late. The hotel was accomodating with no issue. Entering the property from the backside is a little off-putting but as you turn to the front of the hotel, it looks much more inviting!

Only problems were that the heated pool wasn't warm enough to be comfortable on an autumn day. Cooler in the water than in the pool room!! The parking lot needs an upgrade/patches, but the hotel itself was spotless and in great condition. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Heat/air unit worked well. Room was remarkably quiet being right off the elevator and near the lobby. Breakfast was offered during a very brief window and was adequate; my daughter was hoping for waffles but they only have an odd pancake machine which served rubbery pancakes.

Loved the hotel! Nice indoor pool but was a little cool for a heated pool. Wish it was a little warmer. Also on Sunday extend breakfast hours longer to 10:30. Thanks!

Internet was down the entire three days we were there. No compensation offered yet offered new guests to cancel without penalty. Property should’ve offered something but offered nothing.

This place was spotless! I am also very picky. The beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby! The front staff was amazing! Check in and Check out! It was so nice to be treated so well when on vacation. Will stay here again and I travel a lot is this property should be proud of the outstanding service! Didn’t have a chance for breakfast because we were out each day early but I imagine it is top notch like everything else! One last thing , we only stayed two nights and they made up are beds and replaced to towels! Last 8 trips at other hotels that did not happen! Thank you for your hard work!

The night before, we stayed at a quailty inn and it was awful. Going forward we will go to Holiday Inn when visiting Bloomsburg PA. Holiday Inn felt warm and had a family environment. It was clean and on arrival our room looked and smelt clean. The free breakfast was probably the best I've had at any hotel. My kids LOVED the pool time.
