The facilities are new and clean, from the entrance hall, the elevator and the room. The reception was very good, I recover as a highly positive assessment that those who received me made last-minute changes that were possible, to make my stay even better.
In relation to the service, I noticed that they do not have bed linen (I suggest that you express yourself in the systems at the time of making the offer) and at breakfast that costs twice as much as in any bar within a block around the hotel, The offer is poor in relation to gastronomy, but cordial in attention.

Extremely unpleasant service at the reception, instead of politely checking in, the gentleman started making complaints. Without my knowledge the hotel canceled my reservation. The air conditioning switch in the room didn't work. Breakfast the same every day, canned ham and sliced cheese.

The room is not like the photo, ugly area, the hotel is full of homeless people outside, it is ugly, uncomfortable, a bad experience, no. I recommend it, look for another option, I saw the photos and they deceived me, nothing to see, the place is scary place, the floor was raised, the save was no use

Does not offer breakfast and this is not clear anywhere. Good quality hotel, large rooms. The superior room has a microwave, coffee maker and sink. Hotel with card access at the entrance and in the elevator. There is a 24-hour reception, but the check-in reception is tiring, receptionists lack cordiality, speed and transparency in information.

Super well located hotel with parking. The only thing is that it doesn't have breakfast, only a coffee machine, but the room is clean and neat. A couple of blocks from Congress. We stayed only one night but the place is great to stay. It has a kitchen and a supermarket in front for the stay.

It is a nice hotel, it has everything you need. But the attention of the staff leaves much to be desired (except for the people who clean the rooms, all ladies). Upon arrival they changed my rate, claiming that VAT was not included in the accommodation price (which is prohibited by law) and I had an additional 21% surcharge otherwise they would not let me stay. The booking page expressed the total rate and indicated that all taxes were already included, yet they threatened to not give me access and since I was tired from a long trip, I had no choice but to pay.

Hotel very well located in Buenos Aires, close to Congress Square. Large, clean room, with a small kitchen and TV and air conditioning. Free coffee machine on the ground floor next to the reception. Excellent experience, great value for money, I will definitely return to the same hotel when I am in Buenos Aires.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Nice rooms, comfortable and well-appointed. It was my partner, it wasn't me but the whole date happened to me anyway. We will take it as a place to stop when we go to CABA for a few days.
