Excellent service and attention from the staff. Ideal for resting.

The truth is that the hotel is very run down. In the middle of the season the pool is dirty, it has dirt at the bottom. The food is bad and the service is terrible. Very bad disposition. We had a rainy day and to go from the rooms to the breakfast room, you do not have a roof nor do they offer you an umbrella. You literally get soaked. Do not go

The hotel has good facilities but it lacks maintenance, the pool has mold and the rooms lack maintenance and for the price there are better options, we paid 250usd a night, I think that's why we can have something better. If you leave the hotel on the right and walk one block you will see a tunnel with a cross in the tunnel and you will come out to a kiosk that has everything and is cheap.

- Cleanliness: very dirty in general (except the room), pools with cloudy water, mold and strange smell. You can tell they don't put chlorine in it. Stained towels and pillowcases (the room cover had lipstick on it). Very poorly maintained, being in the lounge chairs there is the smell of cigarettes that people put out on the grass and were not picked up, also grass. We were there for 2 days and they never cleaned the pool area or lounge chairs (and it hadn't been cleaned for a while). - Games: They offer ping pong, pool, foosball and soccer/tennis courts. Everything broken and in poor condition (nets, surfaces, pallets, EVERYTHING) - Restaurant: as seen in the photos, very neglected and mainly DIRTY. It's not safe to eat there (and we didn't do it because we brought food). A lot of dust, a lot of smell of football club type food. Not to mention the prices, more expensive than a high-end restaurant in CABA for horrible products. We saw how the employees were preparing coffee THE NIGHT BEFORE, and putting hot water in thermoses from A BUCKET (or toilet). Therefore the breakfast was inedible (not even the croissant was good), the scrambled eggs are served from a taper and frozen. In the afternoon there were people ordering food for the night and the staff asked them exactly what they would want to eat in 5 hours to "know" because there were a lot of people, when the reason is because everything is frozen or reheated (there was almost no one eating ) - Staff: very bad attention, caraculicos, poorly managed. They don't let you eat things in the hotel facilities that aren't bought there and they force you to go to the room to do so. I would not return to this or any HJ, from the reviews I saw they are all the same. I can highlight that at reception they were cordial unlike the people in the restaurant, and that they give ice free of charge.

Beautiful experience. The hotel is a beauty, Cande welcomed us and showed us all the facilities, divine attention, everything impeccable. We had massages with Caro and they were spectacular!!!! Thank you for a beautiful day we spent with my family!!!

We went with my boyfriend to spend the weekend. The restaurant food was very expensive and very bad. They make you reserve and choose which dish you are going to eat in advance. We ordered cold and raw entrails and wine; We asked them to cook it a little more and when it came back it looked like chewing gum. We asked to season the salad and they brought us only oil and in sachets. They charged us almost $9 thousand for each dish. The breakfast coffee was undrinkable, burnt. The scrambled eggs were burnt too. It was evident in the faces of the restaurant staff that they do not work comfortably. The uneven pool table cannot be played. Many details that could be resolved with a minimum of will. The surroundings of the hotel are very nice, including the tennis and paddle tennis courts and the heated pool, but I would not return.

The old house is very nice. I had a small room, which had everything I needed. 1st floor by stairs. For me it wasn't a problem. The best thing is all the green space that surrounds it. If you want to clear your mind and rest, it is very good. I didn't eat in the restaurant. Breakfast very good. The large outdoor pool is empty. From the Spa, only use the pool. It is approximately 10 blocks from the center. You can walk. At the counter, they only accept cash, debit and credit. NO virtual wallets or transfer.

Some spaces lack maintenance. The room was nice but poor, it was missing some side table, armchair or armchair. The internet connection is terrible. The uncomfortable bathroom.
