No AC, afternoon was very warm, couldn’t rest after walking by volcano skirt. Trucks noise and diesel fumes will enter the room in the early morning making it impossible to sleep in. The room will cool off after 10:00 PM. Hotel is very close to the main road. Dangerous road.

Nice views and perfect to go with your children. The restaurant has a very good menu. The weather is super nice and have many activities for the family. You will have a beautiful adventure! You can buy one of the best coffee in the country and jimmy deserts, all natural.

Excellent service from all the staff members. Breakfast and Dinner with multiple choices and great taste. Room service daily. Clean common areas. Nice garden area with attraction for kids. Indoor pool, kids play area, rope course, and fishing area.

A nice hotel with spectacular grounds. Staff were attentive and the shower had great pressure. Not a new hotel but served us well . Food in the restaurant was good and served promptly. Only a five minute drive from Volcan or Cerro Punta where the views are unparalleled.

Confortable Rooms, Tasty food and friendly personnel in addition to a beautiful location. The garden is amazing, perfect spot for some Nice pictures and hotel guests do not pay the entrance fee. When in the restaurant, ask for the trout: fresh and tasty!

I love the place, it is very familiar and natural, the hotel is quite cozy and comfortable and it has wonderful staff. I like the friendliness of the staff since I value that and I always return where they treat me well, the food is very delicious especially because I know that it is very natural, they try to make it food harvested locally and in this way they also help internal trade

Best experience by far! We love it so much we r planning to retire in the area. The staff felt like part of our family everyone was so kind and gracious. I have nothing negative to say about this gorgeous mountain retreat. We came here for my 50th bday and it was the best bday I have ever had surrounded by the beautiful garden and the koi pond just outside of our patio with our very own hammock. I was just spectacular. Come and stay and u will want to never leave like us🥰🥰🥰

terrible. You can't sleep at any time. Trucks and buses pass by all day and night. old infrastructure and poor condition. needs a lot of improvements. The extra bed has a charge of $20.00 even if you have previously said that you were going with a small child. I wouldn't recommend it

the room was great, the service very good, but the food was very bad, and the service in the restaurant was too slow. Other than that the place is ok.

The room lacked a micro wave but had a fridge. TV service was very weak. The room and hotel were cold all the time. Breakfast was excellent.

If you love nature, there are lots of thing to do around the hotel grounds and more around Cerro Punta Town. People are very friendly. The Staff at the restauran are so nice. Thanks to Josefina.
