All good, apartment house clean but needs more improvement to ensure no dust on the floor, table and balcony. Amenities okay but no iron board provided. The water park was fun and the kids were very happy and enjoyed themselves! 😊

Check in time little bit late because manager on duty, Mdm Sherry leow ask us to take number but when waiting no number call up. And other people arrive later got check in 1st before us. After that,just one of their staff told system number currently prob then it's bad when manager on duty not know about that and ask us to take que number. Sink licking for both bedroom. Check out fast.

Hotel room quite comfy and basic. Breakfast was good as the staff will always topup the food and the dining room have a lot of space to sit down. The best part is the water park as you can enjoy it as long you stay at the hotel. It also have kids pool and playground to play. Good experience

When I'm arrived, there's a lot of free parking. So i like about it. What I don't like is about swimming pool. I thought there's an outdoor or private swimming pool for adults only. But when I'm asking about swimming pool, all staff said the same thing that the swimming pool is within waterpark that need to pay RM29 for entrance. A bit disappointed because when I'm make a booking, I thought there's a free swimming pool but it was not One more things, Bayou Lagoon Park Resort need to update some photos each of different rooms. Not all rooms use the same photo. Rooms not same as given photos. About cleanliness, I'm sorry. There's scratch on the floor and there's a stain of blood on bed. ☹️

Nice place to stay and recommended. Suitable with families with kids to stay as the hotel got mini water park.

Away from the hussle & bustle of the city centre ...a nice getaway holiday retreat indeed ! The water park for the kids is a great outdoor alternative from the "screens" Definitely love the jacuzzi & shower facilities in the room ....a delight not available in most hotels & resorts that I hv been to . A MUST TRY !

Room is spacious. Suitable for familiy with kids. Breakfast ok la. Buffet. Not many choice of food. Food rating 3.5 Nice staff. Dissappointed coz the card key not function. Then the staff replace new 1.

Location quite far from nearby shops or mamak places. Bedroom was okay, freshly new towel, and toilet was clean. Stay a night for waterpark activities and Jalan Jalan Makan Makan Malacca.

Very clean room, friendly staff, only aspect need to improve is parking facilities and breakfast spread in hall.

Everything is okay. Need improvement on these: 1. Waiting time at the water theme park ticket counter really need to be revised. Instead of one counter serves, need to open 2-3 more countera esp. over the weekend. 2. The keylock system for the the door lock need to undergo regular maintenance. We had change the access card for 3 times due to system malfunction. 3. The old phone system at each level need to be replaced with another relevant communication system. We had to used the lift to went to the receptionist counter everytime the access card went crazy.

All facilities at this hotel is attractive and have some good vibes on them. Even breakfast menu had variety and felt delicious for me and my family. The downside of this hotel were its poor cleaning service and lift service during peak time. Thanks
