I would love to Stay there again. Friendly staffs and good customer service

This hotel is a shady hotel, please don’t stay there. One month after you left, he said that you damaged the hotel floor and asked you to pay 200 US dollars in compensation, totaling more than 1,400 RMB. The reason was that no certification or physical evidence could be provided, only one-sided claims.

We decided to book this hotel again at the end of our trip because of its location and helpful staff Handra.

Hotel looks dark and old from the outside but inside is clean. They are renovating some rooms and elevator is still not working yet. Handra, the front desk person, was so nice and helpful. She also gave us list of restaurants to try around the area. There are tons to restaurants in this neighborhood.

Very friendly check in, clean and updated room. Not the best street appeal but pleasantly surprised inside. They are working on updating the inside.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Cassandra hotel. I had some issues with my credit card, but the staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Although you can tell that the building is old everything and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. There are some renovations and repairs going on, but they weren't disturbing in any way. It was also pretty easy to get to the skytrain or bus station for public transportation, only a few minutes walk. Overall I'm very happy and would saty here again ☺️

The staff was amazing. The surrounding area is noisy and I'm just not used to that.

Liked the flooring, not carpet. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Building is being renovated and elevator is being installed. So we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

I like how they accomodate visitors and handles situations pretty well. Restaurants are walking distance from the area. No need to book a cab in case u come looking for a dine unless its raining :).Id like to check in again to this hotel if i come back to Vancouver. The cleanliness is what i highly appreciated.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, The blankets and pillows smell bad and are dirty. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. There are only 2 sheets of paper in the box. I will not come back here a second time.

I found the room itself to be inadequate. The shower was very weak and was either cold or scorching hot. The parking was tight and felt unsafe! The staff seem nice but if you express anything to them that you needed they responded in a very passive aggressive manor. the cost of this pace was way too much for what it is it is not nice at all!!

This hotel is an unassuming gem. The staff is amazing! I witnessed many kindnesses and saw how they handled some difficult patrons. Handra is so great and showed us around. The construction is on goung, but renovations are needed in spots. The staff was so lovely and invested in our comfort. The location is a bit outside the downtown, but the Sky Train is close and cheap. The neighborhood is busy, but the area is safe, clean, and fulled with retaurants of all varieties. The Philippine restaurant up the road is lined up at all hours (delicious too!). This stay was fantastic!!!

Arrived to a 600 a night room, which was dingy and the staff was rude. When I complained that this was the room I was getting for 600 after lugging my suitcases up 3 flights of stairs at midnight, to a family screaming in the hallway and being let into a dingy room the check in clerk got extremely offended and told me I was no longer allowed in the room and kicked me out calling the police who were shocked that this was even happening when they arrived. Would not stay here again, do not recommend and DEFINTELY not worth more than 80 dollars a night. This is like a dated Motel apartment , that slapped a bit of paint on the walls trying to be a hotel.
