They give a big spacious room. It is like living in an apartment with the amenities. But the area and the people around makes it feel unsafe although my experiences there have been fine

At first I was unable to book the the correct date and Hawthorne would not answer there phone. Although they allowed me to check in early, the room was not clean at all and there were gnats flying all around. There wasn’t any sheets on the bed either. When looked in the bathroom the toilet had feces in it and it was stopped up with the plunger sitting next to it. I attempted to inform the front desk and I was told to contact trio advisor. I contacted trip advisor and was informed that there were no more available rooms and I could not cancel, No other options were given by The Hawthorne and Trip advisor informed me that they had put in a ticket for my complaint but I needed to wait at least 24 hours. Unfortunately I had to pay for another room at another hotel. Is using An online booking service better or worse? Not so sure anymore this isn’t my first negative experience,

The staff here is wonderful, and it is hands down the best hotel for its price class.

Love this place a home away from home

Probably the worst hotel I've been in. Felt gross in there. Lights didn't work properly, stains all over, didn't appear to be clean. I decided to leave so I didn't even stay over night.

I booked a NON-SMOKING room & was given a room with the putrid stench of an overused wet ashyray & yellow film on the walls (that was so thick it came off when you rubbed against it). I booked for 3 people & there was 1 towel, half a roll of TP, no shower curtain, & the bathroom door didnt even close At All. When i went to complain they did offer an upgrade to a "Penthouse" which was NO better in the stench & grimy wall department. This one had oil/dirt on the comforter & a Shoestring to control the ceiling fan that also had Chunks of dirt/dust on it. The curtains were partially torn, there were 2 whole towels for TWO bathrooms (no washcloths or Anything else)!! We couldn't get the smell off of us for hours after we left! The outaide had trash scattered everywhere too, it was the worst Wyndham I've Ever seen!

It was disgusting. I took photos. Bedroom 1 Dirty bottom sheet, no top sheet, comforter covered in what appeared to be cigarettte ashes. King bed, 1 pillow. No towels, soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. Dirty tub, Carpet covered in flakes I???? Bedroom 2 Blood stained pillowcase, Dirty/missing bedding.. Used feminine hygiene products under sink, no soap, dirty towels. Heater didn’t work, Filthy!

No coffee on premises no food or anything advertised and room had NOT been cleaned. Only the sheets were changed

Terrible doesn’t even come close to describing this filthy place. I came for work and ordered a king suite (accessible and on the first floor) when I got there they didn’t have any??? They said o could switch rooms because the door wouldn’t open at first but why switch to another second story room? I have a weak sternum from several surgeries and had a lot to carry. A fall down 18 stairs could be detrimental. I tripped up them a few times though which was quite painful seeing that I was carrying boxes. I couldn’t take the financial hit of paying for another room so I slept in a chair I brought from home. I literally refused to touch ANYTHING I have NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A HOTEL SO DISGUSTING. Getting half of my money back was not enough I need a full refund

Terrible. Before I walked in room there was a beer can outside the door. Ass soon as I walked in room it smelled terrible. Caution tape on floor covering a hole smh. Immediately walked right out and checked out

Site said there would be: cookware, drinkware, etc in kitchen; coffee pot; continental breakfast. None of those existed. First room the heat did not work and there was a hole in the floor covered with caution tape (2nd story). Second room the heat worked, but wouldn't shut off or turn down so it was about 80 degrees in there all night. Bathroom door scraped the floor to the point that it didn't want to open. The table smelled like it was cleaned with dirty bathroom mop water. Dishwasher was filthy and hubby said he thought there was a dead rat in it. Thankfully, nothing to wash since the "fully stocked" kitchen was empty, though. Will NOT ever be returning.

Reserved and paid online, showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. In hindsight, it was probably a blessing. This property was run down and I felt unsafe. The pictures online are NOT from this property. There was no breakfast offered and pets were not allowed, even though both of those were advertised online. Now, I need to work on getting my money back…..

Rats the size of my foot and holes in the walls … only recommend if u have no money or Desperation

This place is disgusting. Should be condemned. There's cockroaches BAD. Should not be opened! Haven't gotten refund yet either!
