The front desk people were very friendly. I speak little Spanish but some of the staff speak some English. The hotel is clean. Cleaning staff came in every day to make the bed, give me clean towels, empty garbage and do what ever other cleaning needed to be done. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony. There is a parking garage under the hotel where I was allowed to lock up my bike. My only suggestion is that a safe in the room would be a helpful addition.

We had several problems during our stay with the hotel. First of all the parking. It should be bookable in advance, because there was no vacancy all weekend. As a pregnant guest it was very uncomfortable, because there was no free parking spot on the streets either nearby. We had to walk quite much each time. Second thing was that the walls of the hotel are like paper thin. You can hear everything, but really everything. For the second night we had to buy earplugs. The third thing is the quality of the bed mattress and the pillows. Really really uncomfortable. My husband can sleep everywhere but here.

We have spent a total of 5 nights at the hotel.
The truth is that the general feeling has been very good.
The great cleaning, the treatment of the receptionists and all the excellent staff.
The only problem that I have found has been the air conditioning. Not to be if it didn't work or it was that they had it blocked, but going in winter we have roasted a bit of the heat that was in the room. I went down to reception to ask if the temperature could be lowered and they told me that there was no air conditioning, that It was normal air, that's why it didn't cool even though I had it set to the minimum.
Even so, I liked it and I would repeat this hotel next time

La experiencia ha sido muy negativa porque los vecinos de la habitación, se han dedicado a poner música en el móvil saliendo al pasillo central, hablando medio chillando entre ellos y todo eso a las 8 de la mañana después de Nochebuena … Ya se que el hotel no tiene la culpa pero eso ha hecho que la experiencia no fuera positiva. Además que me he pasado media hora buscando el teléfono de la habitación para llamar a recepción y no he podido porque no hay.
