Check in was fine. Didn’t eat. Hotel looked to be under renovation. Wasn’t the cleanest but was decent enough to sleep for 10 hours. Very dated.

This hotel definitely needs major updates! It is showing its age.
The headboards also need to be cleaned, hand prints and foot prints on them.
The driveways need to be more clearly marked.

Overall it was a slightly less average situation. The hotel itself has definitely seen better days and could use some facilities TLC. So many walk scuffs, ripped off baseboards, ceiling patches, and I could definitely tell they were trying to cover the smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. I could also very much hear the rooms around me. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was fine but if I need to stay in the area again I’ll go elsewhere.

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed and I will continue to stay here every time. The people here are so friendly they are right there when you need them. I love this place because of how nice they are how clean it is and how prompt they are to get anything done. Their breakfast is excellent.

We checked in. Immediately you could tell it was a situation where they've tried to make the property look nicer/updated, but all around the updates things were very old and messed up. It didn't smell great.
The front desk woman was kind, very soft spoken and unsure of things, but very nice.
We went to our first room and my son immediately noticed there were SEVERAL hairs all over the bed/sheets. Then I checked the other bed and there was an actual dead bug under the covers on the sheet. So at that point, I went downstairs and asked for a refund and told her we'd go somewhere else. She said we booked through a third party site so they couldn't give us a refund. I asked for a 2nd room and we would go from there.
We go to the 2nd room, and it was worse than the first one. There was something splattered all over the wall/wall art that wasn't attempted to be cleaned at all. You could tell there had been something all over the headboards as well as it was not fully cleaned, it was just like smeared as they tried to wipe it but didn't fully clean it all off.
I genuinely could not stay here and feel comfortable enough to sleep. I called my husband (my son & I were out of town for an event he had) he said find another place to stay, I'll send the money. So we did. I went downstairs, told the front desk lady that we just could not stay here and I would be in contact with ******* about our refund. We went 10 minutes down the road, found a much much cleaner place for $7 more.

It was terribly noisy at night. Until almost 3 am, children were running along the corridor. And the hotel doesn't have a very pleasant smell, I think you need to work on the freshness of the air. It was terribly noisy at night. Until almost 3 am, children were running along the corridor.

Front desk guy was absolutely useless. Claimed he couldn't find our reservation then WALKED AWAY leaving me and my family in the lobby. He wouldn't come out until someone else needed help and then miraculously found our reservation but only set our hotel keys to work for 1 day despite the reservation being for 4! When we needed the keys reactivated, he gave us access to the wrong room! Completely incompetent, avoid at all cost.

Everything was okay the first night. Second night was awful. All night long, and up to atleast 4 in the morning you could hear people in the upstairs room above us walking/jumping around. I called the front desk to tell them, but it never stopped. I dont believe it was just the people, but the structure of the place and condition as to why you could hear so much. Day one okay, day two was awful, no sleep lol.
