Booked this for my parents. The amenities like TV were not working. They were not treated with proper cortesy.

Super!!

We booked the apartment on the same day as our stay. Very spacious for the price (compared to others in the area). We had a problem with the access code and they helped us quickly by phone 24/7. The room had no natural light; it was on the ground floor. There was also no cell phone signal. I don't know if there was Wi-Fi, because there was no code in the room and no one at reception to ask.

The mini apartments are really sufficiently luxuriously furnished. Fridge, microwave, cooking facilities, Two televisions! The temperature is adjustable. Nothing wrong with that. But, if possible, don't stay in an apt next to the building that is attached to it. There is an early renovation going on there and you will be shocked when you open the bedroom window because you can immediately stick your head in that building that is still to be renovated... I was shocked by that.. Perfect central location very close to a market hall. And good service if you have any problems.

despite prepaid the stay, i could not make it to check it. they did not send me an access code , nor contacted me somehow. i had been calling for 4 hours until night time to resolve the issue, they ended up stop responding. they had been sending another payment bills for unknown guest names. yuk!

We stayed 2 nights at Tandem Puerto Chico and had to move rooms twice! The first room smelled of damp with no natural light - felt like a dungeon. First, we were told that there is no other room available. Our request to get our money back was denied. Instead, we were offered an alternative room that was also on the ground floor - with glass windows facing the reception. So no privacy and no natural light when you keep the curtains closed. Also, you can hear every word that is spoken at reception. The last room was on the 1st floor - right next to a construction site and therefore incredibly noisy. Would not stay there again.

Comfortable, spacious and central apartment. Next to the cathedral. With refrigerator (no freezer), vitro coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all utensils. In 1 week they changed our towels 3 times, but not even the sheets once. And the televisions did not show the channels well.

They put a sofa for us in room 15, converted into a bed, with an incredible foot smell, damaged and very stained, super uncomfortable. The television is impossible to tune in and there are two, the channels come and go. The low quality WiFi every time you need it you have to access and register, few kitchen utensils and everything very used, finally the water got clogged and that afternoon we walked headlong, so as not to repeat it, compared to other apartments it leaves a lot to be desired wish, ahh we were there for 5 days and they didn't make the room, the rest of the competitors make it for you every 3 days, so you don't come back really.

Excelente ubicación en el Casco Antiguo, apartamento bien equipado. Aislamiento deficiente, se oyen muchos ruidos.

Abbiamo dormito 1 notte in 5 in famiglia in uno splendido appartamento, molto luminoso e pulito, super accessoriato e con prodotti ottimi sia skin, hair e personal care che set di benvenuto per la cucina. Tutto era esattamente come nelle foto: soggiorno ampio con divano letto e 2 camere da letto matrimoniali molto ariose. L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia tra i 2 castelli. Il parcheggio è a 2 minuti a piedi anche se un po' costoso. Raccomandato!
