首先酒店非常舊 被單都磨毛的 這個也就算了
其次酒店前台非常不專業 定的房型沒有也就算了
到店告訴我衹能兩間城景房 並且比我原定的房還要貴
吵了半天 ok 給原價
睡了一晚 簡直就在汽車高架上睡覺
一晚上的鳴笛聲 汽車聲 完全沒睡着
跟酒店反應一句sorry也沒有 避雷這家酒店

Nous avons vraiment aimé l emplacement. Une rue animée avec plein de restaurants de qualités, de cafés à chicha,… à proximité de tous et au centre du Caire.
Il faut savoir que la piscine de m hôtel est aussi celle d un club de natation donc occupé du matin au soir. C’est un détail à prendre en compte si on pense y trouver de la tranquillité. Il y a ce qu’ils appellent là grand hammam qui est plutôt un bassin entre piscine et pataugeoire. Cela a fait l affaire de notre côté afin de nous rafraîchir après une journée de visite sous la chaleur. Nous n avions pas le temps de flâner o bord de la piscine avec la quantité de choses à faire au Caire. Le petit dej est correct et bon. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix bien. Nous étions cités dans une chambre côté rue ce qui paraissait être un problème à cause du bruit et des Klaxons incessant c est une habitude local mais finalement Non nous avons très bien dormi. Nous sommes des couches tard entre minuit et 2h donc c était plus calme.

Hotel centrale in zona zamalek( zona sicura- vi sono molte ambasciate) , accanto starbucks ed altri punti ristoro. Personale cordiale, stanza con vista piscina era silenziosa( non sembrava 36 mq come da descrizione, ma più piccola). Acqua disponibile gratuitamente in stanza , buona la colazione con dolci ed omelette preparate al momento. Ci siamo rivolte all'hotel per escursione guidata al Cairo centro con guida italiana, tutto perfetto e prezzi ottimi.
Consigliato Uber per girare la città e la sera il ristorante Crimson bar and grill con una bella vista sul Nilo.

Can you imagine to get to the hotel you already booked and paid the fees and then not to find your room they kept us waiting in the lobby for 6 hours and then put us in another room till the next day after they promised to be in our room 8 am and then till 4 pm they lied every hour about our situation and refused to get us a refund and they were so rude this is the most disrespectful hotel I've ever seen really
