The most beautiful hotel, exceeded all our expectations Rooms were clean and spacious the entire hotel was immaculate The team were friendly and helpful with every need you could have. Made our holiday extra special will definitely be visiting again 😊

This was our third time at the Hotel. We had really great time! The food is great,the service is just amazing.

This hotel is great staff, food, pool,rooms all excellent you can walk to neighbouring resorts or take the bus we did both I would definitely recommend this 🏨

Hotel really five star, staff great, mostly German guests. Food very good but some not to U.K. taste particularly bacon and sausages are nothing like what we are used to eating. Spotlessly clean, lovely gardens and snack bar in the grounds. Good evening entertainment especially Monday with Classical Flamenco

Awesome hotel, rooms was just super and the grounds tremendous. We stayed b&b as we like the flexibility to pick varying local menus. The breakfast we superb, really good.....best thing were the people...the staff are awesome....really nice, they know their job and they just made the whole trip well worth it.....

Amazing location in Cala Millor , very peaceful surroundings with beautifully kept grounds with lots of sun lounges very well spaced out and a brilliant waiter service (beer, cocktails and snacks very nice and sensibly priced) the indoor pool and spa is a really nice place to spend some time in on your stay, the restaurant staff and food presentation and overall ambience of the hotel is second to none in my opinion. DO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOUR SELF!

We have just returned home from a delightful week ,,,,our third annual visit.After the usual cold Scottish winter our chat says..Do you think we could use a bit of Hipo-Time,,,,you always deliver,,,,everything is superb,,,emaculate housekeeping, bedroom service exception ,smiley and fun ,,,scrumtious ,vast choice of food,,,,,they think of everybody in their offerings,,,,gardens are beautifully ,,very much liked the plants,,,but what is the most important ingredient in this hotel is ,,,,its staff,,,it is always its staff,,,thank you very much to you all and to Majorca for bring a little sun and joy to us both,,,Gina and Elliot

My partner and I had a magical holiday, spotlessly clean, excellent food both in choice and quality. Hotel is situated at the quiet end of Cala Millor which for us was perfect. Staff excellent, very knowledgable of the area and gave us all the information to make our trips out run very smoothly. Can’t leave a review without mentioning Samuel our restaurant waiter, absolute diamond and a huge credit to the hotel.

Our favourite hotel in Majorca. Have been going now for over 20 years. Excellent room with fridge, mini bar and balcony. A Spotlessly clean. and very restful hotel. Excellent food, great evening entertainment, and very helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient to the beach and there is a good bus service both to the town and other villages. Car rental nearby. Lovely hotel gardens with swimming pool and children’s play facilities. We never tire of coming here either in May or September. Lots of places to visit such as Porto Cristo, Manacor, Palma, village of Artà etc. And glorious sunshine!

Just had another delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The staff are friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. The Senior Suite has the most fantastic balcony that stretches around three sides of the top floor with sunbeds, settees and table and chairs. The champgane and strawberries welcoming us were great. The maids do an exceptional cleaning job each day and turn the sheets back every evening leaving chocolates ! The waiting staff in the restaurant are very efficient and friendly. The pool is lovely and never crowded - there is no need to reserve sunbeds at this hotel and they are all placed a long way aprt across the grounds. The gym is well equipped and there is a spa and hairdressers available too. Overall a fantastic hotel.

Very nice staff, nice spacious rooms, very clean, excellent spa area, FANTASTIC food. Excellent and fun tennis instructor. Good evening entertainment. The bar is also nice for lunch. Incredible value for money.

We have just returned from a brilliant week in Hipocampo Palace. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the staff are all very friendly and the food is the best we’ve had. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The entertainment was very good too. We can’t wait to return!
