Great location at the first line to the sea. Unbelievable breakfast and wide range of food. Swimming pool was good but due to many tourists it was not easy to come in. Many older tourists and this make hotel quiet and not much noise.

They have been super friendly from the reception and the bar, to the cleaning girls, pillar what beautiful details they have left us in the room. I give it a 10, the only flaw is that the room was a bit cold.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel from the 7th of October to the 14th of October 2023 . We’ve booked 2 bedrooms and we were very pleased that our rooms were even next to each other with a balcony and seaside view. I’d like to point out that the service was upmost spectacular. The reception team (for example Beatrix and Mike) to the Bar dream team and half board team. They all worked hard to ensure our stay is unforgettable. A special thanks to the housekeeping team and especially to my housekeeper lady, Maria. She even folded a swarm of my bathing-towel. That gesture shows that the personnel “walks the extra mile” to sparkle a smile in my face!!! Also, a special thanks to the pool&garden team, who every morning at 7am ensured the pool and the plants are in pristine condition for the guests. So we can start the day in a lovely atmosphere. We would love to come back and I’d recommend the hotel to families, singles, couples. Top! Cheerio Tina

This was my second visit. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Their restaurant was very nice with a wide range of food.

Staff and management excellent with great atmosphere all across the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice to choose from. Bar and cleaning staff were always polite and friendly, waiters, waitresses and kitchen staff all brilliant.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was amazing, the room was very clean, dotated with all necessary. We had breakfast and dinner included and was super good everything. Staff was very friendly aswell. We will come back soon. Thank you!!

Friendly staff and incredible clean with a great selection of drinks and plenty of choice if you are thinking of going half board. Fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the sea. The only downside, we found the beds were a little too firm but it must be difficult to accommodate all for this.

I had a lovely holiday apart from lack of entertainment for children this is what we didn’t like about the hotel. Also a day when one of the cleaners who was covering on Christmas Day didn’t clean our room properly and was reluctant to clean our room otherwise the regular cleaner Julia was doing a great job everyday coming to clean on time leaving the room spotless. The reception staff Javier was the best very pleasant welcome from him until we left, he is also very good with children. You have to pay for drinks and water as they are not included with the food which was disappointing. Buffet food is excellent you get variety everyday. Desserts were plenty as well . In the afternoon you hv to buy food because the only do half board but drinks and water is not included

Very good hotel.Very clean and beautiful.Wonderful location. Great staff. The cuisine deserves special delight. Tasty and varied. Special thanks for feeding us immediately upon arrival late in the evening. We were out of season. But the hotel staff did everything for our wonderful vacation. I definitely recommend it.

Very clean, helpful and friendly people at the front desk. Very friendly service people, great variety on excellent food! Beautiful garden and nicely heated pool. Just some 50 metres from the sea. Nice beach. The locatioin of the hotel is very calm. Rooms with sea-view!

Great hotel with excellent location, food and service of very nice staff. Especially I would like to say thank you for Javier , gentleman who works in reception. He does really great job and is always very kind and helpful. Good food in hotel restaurant ,with plenty of choices. Location of hotel right by the beach, and the local shops are nearby. We had side sea view room ,which was ok,but next time I'll book front sea view room (I'm sure is worth every £ spend on it, especially for gorgeous sun rises as hotel is located on east side of Mallorca coast) Definitely recommend this hotel, and I'm sure I'll be back in future.

Dinner is served until 21:00, but at 8:40 usually the staff starts to take the food out of the restaurant, so you have to hurry getting the food on your plate. Breakfast: if you don't go at 8, you eat what you can find. Some days the buffet with eggs, bacon and that part, was completely empty. Just 1 person doing the cooking and she could not handle it. While having meals, the staff is making a lot of noise preparing the tables for next morning, talking very loud with one another... (it's normal to prepare a table, but I have never seen in any place this lack of care about the surroundings). Staff talking in Spanish about us near our table thinking we don't understand. Very dirty floor in our room just after arrival. It's just wood floor, no carpet, so it's very easy to clean. Dirty and stained hallways. Stain, I get it, there are a lot of people, but vacuuming it's easy and should be done properly. Bad smell at -1 (restaurant) and in the hallways. Dirty plates at meals. Rude response at the reception when I told them that they issued the invoice wrong. They have a schedule with activities but we looked for the beach volei activity and it was not there. Asked at the reception they sid to keep looking, no one came, so don't rely on them happening. Every activity is in german, for example aquagym. We don't speak german. The beach in front of the hotel is not very good, you have to go to another one. We rented bikes and went to Sa Coma beach for example. Bikes 5 eur/pers/day. Sunbeds in Sa Coma 35 eur/2 sunbeds. That was our experience. We stayed from Monday to Sunday.

Vacation with family were excellent. Quality of the food is amazing. Every day something new. Dishes prepared very well. Only one small remark they don't have alkohol free wine. It would be nice to have it for those who don't use alkohol.
