Newly refurbished lovely really friendly staff in all areas, lots to do lovely arrangement of pools all be it on different levels they do scooter hire everywhere an if poorly on your feet please hire a mobility scooter at Sahra s place right nx door to molly bar defo family place would like kids club back though an evening singers but in all a great place to stay food good an beverages please bring back chips at top pool bar the kids really miss that.

Bad - No bin other than small bathroom one - No real sockets in living room, one miles away from seats / sofa - Wi-Fi poor and disconnects - No cushions on sofa or chairs - Painting slap dash / poor finish - Flooring bounces in parts - Shower tray marked - Old doors, not replaced or painted - Door surrounds coming away - Entertainment poor - Food selection poor and never hot - Dirty water / drain smell / pong at the main pool bar self service drinks machines - Fruit flies in bungalow / bathroom, ants in main living space Good - Staff friendly - Comfy beds - Large TV with good Channels - Self service soft drink options - Minimalist styling, new and fresh - Great location - Quiet and peaceful - Choice of pools

Stayed here from 29th of may to the 6th june little bungalow was great clean and modern food was lovely always a good choice the only gripe i would have is not enough bar saff at pool main bar the que was miles long hardly got any drinks the full holiday but the one guy behind the bar was doing his best the enyertainment team were great round the pool etc of you hate walking it's not the hotel for you as it is up hill mostly but i managed i would give the hotel 4 stars i think overall it was fine .what i would say to hotel is they should rent fold up loungers for 12 euros a week to take to your bungalow i loved laying out there in there vhairs and i would for sure have rented a lounger out for the week for the bungalow

After reading several negative posts before arriving we came with pretty low expectations. We needn't have worried as we all loved it. We spent most of our time at the block b pool - much more chilled and laid back than the main pool. We had a few overcast days and were still able to spend time in the pool as it was heated. Couldn't fault the room- all 4 of us had a decent hot shower every day. Most importantly didn't have any creepy crawlies! All loved the restaurant & have no idea how anyone can grumble. A different main dish every day. My kids can be pretty fussy but they ate so well with no complaints. We ate out a few times but only as we were out & about. All of the staff from reception to cleaners to those in the restaurant were polite, friendly & helpful. Maid service was every other day. There is work going on around the hotel but didn't affect us at all & just shows they're investing in the area and will only get better Wasn't overly fussed on the night time entertainment and they could do with more than 1 member of staff serving but that's a small moan and didn't spoil an otherwise brilliant week. For the price we paid we found it to be great value for money & wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again. The staff are friendly and immensely hard working and the entertainment staff are all great with the kids. I can't see how anyone can say that there's a limited variety of food?? The food was delicious - different food aplenty and it varies daily. Local wine, Amstel on tap. Thank you to all the staff - I can see how hard you work.

Stayed here with family and requested rooms next to or close by each other as we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, asked jet2 also emailed the hotel on 3 separate email address as other people had said they do not reply, been given rooms on seperate levels we knew a family had just left 2 rooms and asked if we could move in to them to be told by Victoria and Paula at reception we don’t have any with out even checking, no help at all, the food is not to bad apart from the fact the one small resultant can not cope with the amount of guests so no tables and massive queues, the main bar is the same so small with only 1 bar staff so again massive queues and the self serve beer is never working, so eating and drinking out is the order of the day. We only came to this hotel because ours was having work done so had to change a few weeks before

Had a brilliant time with my partner and 2 young kids will be back for sure had one small issue with a staff member at pool b who shouted at me for not pouring my beer properly and it spilt he got abit aggressive but it wasn’t enough to ruin what was over all a brilliant holiday and amazing place will be back for sure I also want to point out other than that one guy the staff was polite and very helpful

This is a fantastic 3* hotel that delivers way above its 3• and would recommend it to anyone with a young family. Food was varied and had lots to pick from every day. Staff are amazing and has an overall friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment is more for young kids but doesn’t detract from what is a great value resort.

Cracking Family holiday! I've been here a few times [before the recent renovations] so knew about the hill etc. In terms of the renovations, simple and clean. Decent as a base, comfy beds to be honest can't ask for much more. You don't spend much time in your room anyway, do you?! Food For all of us anyway, we didn't go hungry put it that way. Yes, it's not 5* food but we didn't pay for 5* if we wanted that we'd have paid for that kind of hotel. The pools again a bit cold but it was 25/26* when we went, it's bound to be cold when you first get in after the initial minute or so it's fine. Entertainment This is the "only" thing that I thought was a bit of a letdown compared to previous years. They are honestly trying their best but the last few times we went we had parrot shows and the like, nothing like that this time. Kids club, Bingo and a DJ. Reception staff very polite. We had a couple of ants in the bathroom, no cockroaches or anything. In terms of ants, you get them in the UK and nobody bats an eyelid but you go abroad and everyone kicks off. You're bound to get a couple in a warm country! All in all, would we return even after the renovations? Yes absolutely. Why? Because it is a decent hotel, yes it may have some faults but honestly for what you pay is grand. Kids loved it, they ate and came home with smiles.

Just got back from ten nights here as a family of 5, kids age 13,9 & 6. Had the best time, was wary after reading some of the reviews but couldn’t fault it exactly what you expect for a 3 star. Food wasn’t great but we managed for ten nights, some people are clearly expecting luxury on a budget! They had theme nights with different foods and if all else fails plenty of fresh salad and fruit. The all inclusive was great, cocktails included in it, snacks around the kids pool and self serve drinks and lager pump. Our bungalow was amazing had two bedrooms and a living room which had a pull out couch, the pull out beds were surprisingly comfortable. All so nicely refurbished and the tv has Disney for anyone with little ones! The entire hotel was kept so clean, we’ve been to far worse that’s for sure. Pool areas and restaurants always kept tidy, only issue is lack of ash trays so people leaving cigarette butts around. Never struggled to get a sun lounger for all five of us in the whole time there. Entertainment staff were so lovely especially with all the kids!! Some good entertainment fetched in while we were there that we all enjoyed. The only thing that needs improved is the ‘games room’ that place is an accident waiting to happen with people just letting their kids down there unattended, it has such huge potential to really make the hotel amazing for the kids, hopefully that will be receiving a refurb to soon. Building work around the hotel I had seen some complaints, don’t get me wrong depending on where your room is you do hear it but it’s no different to a neighbour doing DIY on a weekend!! In regards to walking down to the centre it’s not impacted by the works. A 5/10 min stroll and your there, beach is great too. Also a supermarket just one minute up from reception next to a little cocktail bar, Irish bar and sports bar if you did want to venture out not too far. Overall couldn’t fault the place, if your used to going to these type of 3 star Spanish holidays you’ll have an absolute blast, if your used to going to turkey and being served drinks by robots and watching huge performances then this isn’t for you.

For sure I will come back! Food amazing. Staff friendly. 3 pools and all off them with a snack bar. Rooms refurbished. For us, as a couple was a nice experience. Also we were close to the center...only 15 min walking. It's a lovely place. I recomand caleta Dorada to all my friends! Thank you for everything.

Really good value for money, looks great now refurbished rooms and restaurant. Lots of variety of food to choose with themes night. Kids have got access to snacks at the pool bar area. Short walk to town and supermarket at top of street. Staff were fabulous and helpful, reception helped when I asked questions, safe deposit box €10 for week and then refund when key returned also WiFi throughout the rooms and pool area and reception and dining. Always found this a great little gem 💎 of a place to stay and been a couple of times now. Always found it interesting that people put they have repetitive food selection can’t understand why they don’t choose different meals to have when the restaurant has so much selection and variety! It’s up to the individual to choose what they put on their plate because the variety is good. Thank you for a great family holiday again!

First of all food was awful! We would have rather gone to maccies 20 minutes away then eat at the food hall here! Absolutely appalling! The only thing that was relatively edible was pizza which still tasted like cardboard. The rooms were ok and comfortable, however my friend found 3 cockroaches in his room which is vile! One specific bartender who is bald is specifically rude, shewed us away pretty much every time and refused to speak to us. Refused to serve us drinks to a singular individual who was ordering drinks for a whole group. Honestly as a young group of friends that wanted to come and chill out, we spent most of the time out of the hotel due to the rudeness of staff, the poor delivery of food and quality of their services. I would not recommend this trip to anyone below the age of 30 or within a group of friends.

Currently here on holiday, not recommended!!!! For a start the food is 1/10, we are now eating out because everyone has felt sick the past 2 days…… now the bald guy at the bar needs to go! Rude Rude Rude.. just ordered a drink and he has only just waved my mrs away. There’s 5 of us and we’re not aloud to order 4+ drinks???? We’ve paid for it…. Sort it out please so we can enjoy the rest of our time here
