The room we were assigned was a handicap room, so it was very spacious. However, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't find anyone to fix it, so the room smelled very bad, which I wasn't satisfied with. The location is quite convenient and the breakfast is good.

very clean. And the hotel dinner menu is great, cheap and delicious. recommend. Although the vending machine is out of water, it is still a good choice. The staff is also very nice, it is a good choice for business trips nearby

Usual facilities and Premier Plus rooms are generally good. Let down by grossly inadequate parking facilities and poor wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff who were a bit overworked.

When we first arrived, we got a very warm welcome and the room had been booked for us by somebody else and they had booked the wrong room, so we went back to reception and it was straightaway sorted out with no problems whatsoever. The rooms are clean and tidy and has Aircon or heating to suit your temperature and you cannot hear the traffic through the Windows. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to know that you didn’t hear Doors banging from other people or noise from the corridor. When parking we have a disabled van and the staff were very kind and offered to give up their space for us to park in but there is plenty of normal parking. The staff were very kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you always chatting and making you feel welcome. Nothing was too much bother. Our little one is in a wheelchair and they took time to talk to her and included her which is very lovley to see as many people don’t know how to spoke to her! We will 100% be back. The food was lovely but could do with a little bit more to choose for someone like us who is very fussy for the evening meals. Breakfast had everything you could wish for with so much to choose from. Very good area and able to walk everywhere, with lots to do around. The staff that stood out to us and deserve 5***** are Harry, Anjum and Micheala. They made our stay much more enjoyable and they are so friendly and helpful it wouldn’t have been the same without them there. 😘

Good hotel experience not too far from the middle of Cambridge. Good accessible friendly clean room, thoughtful staff and a notice saying please report anyone in a disabled parking bay without a blue badge meant that we got a welcome disabled parking spot.

Room was ok let down by staff parking in disabled bays and justify it by saying protecting spaces ??? If you were in a wheels you would be able to read their piece of paper in car window. There is no excuse to use spaces without a blue badge........mentioned to member of staff didnt seem bothered or ask staff to move

There should be no excuse for someone without a blue badge parking in disabled spaces let alone staff who justify by putting a note in windscreen!!!!

Needed an overnight stay as we were going to the Richard Thompson gig at Cambridge Corn Exchange. Premier Inns are predictable and have decent food. This hotel has limited, chargeable, parking and it was already full when we arrived mid-afternoon. They have a deal at the nearby Tesco which is only 5 minutes walk away. Had evening dinner before going to the gig and the meal deal was excellent value and good quality. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good quality too although the mixed fruit was a bit odd as was the very much from concentrate orange juice. The room was quiet and comfy, very clean and lots of space. Good shower too. Don't go there for the view though 😂. On a good bus route into the city centre (10 minutes) or a 25 minute walk

There was rubbish and debris directly outside the front entrance which was not a good impression and remained there throughout our stay. The member of staff who checked us in did not make eye contact and was not at all friendly or welcoming and was very difficult to understand. We had to request Bath towels and tea and coffee etc supplies as was only set up for single occupancy. The bar was unattended and we and other guests had to hunt down a member of staff. Having stayed at various other Premier Inn hotels, this was my worst experience yet.

After having been away for a few weeks due to travel; my husband, daughter and I returned to our favourite place for breakfast, the Premier Inn in Cambridge. As always, we were warmly welcomed by the team, including Ferdie, Sadie and Anjum. The kitchen staff also greeted us in their usual friendly manner, and, as always, we really enjoyed our tasty buffet breakfast. Good food, friendly service and great value for money!

The room is okay with a comfortable bed and a good shower (no handheld attachment though). The windows don't open however and I found the room stuffy. The breakfast is okay. One negative, though is that there is only one coffee machine and sometimes there is a wait to use it. It was also very crowded Saturday morning and I had to wait for a table to open up. Be aware, too that it's nearly a 30 minute walk to the center of town
