The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good There are some supermarkets nearby. The cleaning can be improved. The bed is dirty and dusty.

The room we were assigned was a handicap room, so it was very spacious. However, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't find anyone to fix it, so the room smelled very bad, which I wasn't satisfied with. The location is quite convenient and the breakfast is good.

very clean. And the hotel dinner menu is great, cheap and delicious. recommend. Although the vending machine is out of water, it is still a good choice. The staff is also very nice, it is a good choice for business trips nearby

Very clean, quiet and safe!

Had a very good family meal in the restaurant. There was a great choice, from salad to curries. We had curries and a burger. The food was lovely. We did not have to wait long and received great service from Anjum, he went out of his way to serve us. Nice choice of drinks too and a good value when using the meal deal.

Where do I start...? My partner became ill with a serious illness and they deep cleaned our room for us many time to help us out. Friends staff in the morning for breakfast. And the most loveliest chatty man "Anjum" which we enjoy speaking with each evening for dinner. Super attentive and friendly, highly recommend.

Good price, perfect central location, nice room, and amazing staff - Tony was absolutely incredible! Super helpful, kind and polite. We were here for a wedding and had multiple family members all staying at the hotel, and we all had a great experience. Thanks Tony!

First time staying at this Premier Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly & welcoming, especially Tony in Reception 😊 Food was really good & super fast service! Room was great also. Really clean. Comfy bed & soft pillows. Thanks everyone 😊

Lovely hotel. Tony at the reception desk was incredibly helpful with helping me check in. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was temperature control, good facilities and everything was wonderfully clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent check-in experience, Tony was very helpful , friendly and welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Nice coffee. Parking gets busy in the evening, 2nd night had to park in Tesco, which is a very short walk to hotel.

Visited for a business trip. Easy to find, Convenient and affordable parking so close to the center of town. Tony was extremely helpful! The room was lovely, big comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a nice big bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Love a premier inn, clean, very comfy beds and reasonably priced. Very friendly check in with Tony, the self serve check in had frozen and he came straight over to help and check us in, very helpful and answered a couple of questions we had about the area and parking.

This hotel is in a great location - only a 5 minute walk to Anglian Ruskin University. Good facilities and close to all amenities. All staff were lovely, especially Tony who was on the front desk - super friendly and went out of his way to help me. Thank you!
