The bathroom and the shower together with the smell Bulgari made the difference. I had a surprise in my apartment that dear Geovana Panizza left and I was very happy, thanks ＜3! Dinner, breakfast and lunch are excellent. All the dishes are well served. Finally! All the amazing! Congratulations to the team on the service that made me feel at home. I write this review still sitting in the hotel lobby to report my insatisfaction with absolutely everything that involved my hosting at Capivari Eco Resort. The first point to be highlighted is the dispreparedness of reception staff in the service of a hotel that is self-named “RESORT”. Soon when I arrived, I asked where I could get water for the driver who came to bring us to the hotel, the reception immediately said he had no glass of water to offer, he should go to the station (which is two km away) to buy. I just looked at the mezzanine above the reception and saw a filter with water, and asked if I could serve a drink there, when the receptionist ready to pick it up. Even so the expectation was high, for the photos there are several internal activities, even because we chose a rain and cold season for hosting, so we knew that the “echo” would be for another opportunity, but there will be no other thermal pool and waters were in maintenance and would only return the next day. We went to the game room, which was closed and without access to the internet in all equipment, and we returned to the room frustrated by having provided time, money and expectations on this trip. The other day we contacted the reception to check the possibility of using thermal pool, and for the second time they told us that it would only work again after lunch. In that time we decided to go to know the “cabana del té y camión”, which is a nice bangalô, but with the minimum of resources for the te y camión. For our surprise, the energy was not working there, so the water was cold and no light. According to a restaurant official, the situation was like that for at least two days ago, I called the maintenance and waited for 40 minutes, no one came up, I repeat my request when they told me that the maintenance was checking. As I see my option to return to the room again, I asked about the maintenance of the pool thermostat, which was finally arranged, but the answer was: it took 12 hours to warm up. I could use one of the waters, which was hot, for 1h at the end of the afternoon of my second day of hosting. Due to the low flow of people over the week, the restaurant prepares a cardboard with cook's choices for lunch and dinner, which was no more surprised when we received a completely different order than that available on the cardboard. If they are going to serve what they want, they should not offer options. We talked to the chef and he apologised for the disadvantage. I have been sleeping there for two nights, on the way and around a trip between Rio and Porto Alegre, closed parking gives a lot of tranquility, the team is quite nice and friendly, the location is great and breakfast is honest. The room is clean, good bed, the shower is hot and there is a fridge in the room.

The hotel is located in the central area, well-moved, has no good restaurant, a paddle nearby. Clean, but old room has not taken close to the bed head, but generally serves. We made a reservation in the standard room when we arrived and saw it was small (we traveled a few days ago and had a lot of baggage) we asked to upgrade to the larger room we would pay. the difference. just that we previously consulted the value on the booking website and they presented a much higher value, we had to argue with the value of the site. that ended that we didn't feel confident in the service provided. The breakfast is good, but I thought the site could be cleaner, the chairs at least showed signs of encarditis.

Depois de várias estadias em outros hotéis da região resolvemos tentar o IBIS Curitiba Aeroporto. O atendimento foi excelente, com uma atenção especial ao atendimento aos pets, com fornecimento de uma manta, fralda e pote de alimentação. O quarto é padrão IBIS, com uma cama confortável e tamanho compacto, porém o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos. O jantar foi horrível. Pedimos um hambúrguer com fritas e uma tilápia com arroz cremoso. O hambúrguer estava torrado, iteralmente com gosto de carvão, as fritas brilhavam de gordura, a tilápia frita super gordurosa. O café da manhã também estava péssimo. O café preto estava intragável, o restante tudo de baixíssima qualidade. Iogurte (bebida láctea) era pura água e o pão duro. Enfim, hotéis da mesma bandeira próximos, todos melhores. A única coisa que salvou foi o atendimento. Todos no hotel muito simpáticos.
