We're still currently at the hotel with one day left. I'll get the bad bits out the way first then go into the good. The main issue is you can't pay for anything at the hotel...if your doing all inclusive this doesn't matter too much but as self catering goes it all goes on your room tab to pay at the end so unless you keep track of what you spend you have no idea. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT or you won't know as there's no menus to look at for drinks or food it's all online. To have the breakfast you had to pay €22 per head for a buffet that was nothing spectacular and not great for kids. The pools are freezing, our little girls hardly gone in any of the pools. I don't smoke but one of our holiday party do and there is 1 smoking area, apart from that the only other place you can smoke is on your balcony.... Not even by the 18+ pool. It should be advertised as a no smoking hotel. There's not many seats round the pool so unless you put your towels down in the morning you won't get a sunbed. You can't get any fruit shoots or Caprisuns at the bars just cups of juice, you can't get crisps from the bar either or nuts or any little snacks, at lunchtime you can only eat for a couple of hours and if you don't have all inclusive the menus not very large and not many bits for kids and it is very pricey. None of the water features were working for example the fountains, the taps that push water into the pool that you can swim under..... Nor the ones in the spa and Everytime I've been down there's no water in the Jacuzzi....... Considering it's a kids hotel there's a lot of raised slabs especially lending to the park which are extreme trip hazards. The hotel is nice but definitely not as luxury as it looks online. Told not to smoke yet spotted staff smoking out the back of the bar area which everyone walks by, when we asked if you could smoke they quickly put their fag out and went away. They have photographers at the hotel LOVELY pictures as they say the shoot is free, we was expecting it to be around €100 for a couple of photos but after being shown the photos the next day and the price list we couldn't believe our eyes...... €35 a photo or €320 for 20 and then it only went up...We was devastated as we had some lovely ones but only ended up getting 4 as we couldn't afford more than that. The shop in the hotel is shut for most the day between Monday to Friday so if you want to buy anything there's no vending machines or anything so you have to walk 10 mins into the town or 5 mins outside to a shop.... Now onto the good bits. Cleaners did well, the place is maintained by gardeners well, the park was good, lots of kids entertainment, small play area in bar area for when your eating. You can hear the night life going on till 10/11 even though it's a kids hotel. Most the drinks we asked for from the one menu they had at the bar for drinks they said they couldn't do and we would have to wait till the evening bar opened but the other drinks were nice depending on wh
