I enjoyed this hostel a lot! It had a nice vibe and the people were very accommodating! It was also colorful and I liked the people and the common areas. The hostel was chill but fun at the same time!

The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I just had the best time here. I do want to say that I am absolutely not a resort person who goes to an all-inclusive and spends all their time in the resort, doing the resort activities and hanging out by the beach all day. I spent a total of 8 days at this resort and half of those I was out the entire day. The 4 days I did spend at the resort I mostly just hung out on my balcony (which was FANTASTIC) reading. I didn't do any resort activities, I didn't listen to any of the evening entertainment, etc. I did eat at the restaurants, which were all very very good. I did seriously enjoy my balcony, which was one of the ocean view balconies that has 2 loungers instead of a chair and a hammock (I would not have enjoyed the hammock, so this turned out great for me). I also ordered room service multiple times, which sometimes took a little while and once they messed up my order, but the food was very good, and hot, and you could order it even late at night which was nice. Service across the property was great, everyone was extremely friendly, and I needed help a couple of times with random stuff and they bent over backwards to help me out. Couldn't have asked for better service. The location is great, very walkable to restaurants and stuff, and the property is really very nice. Overall I had a great time and I would happily stay here again.

The attitude of the waiter varies from person to person, but I do encounter a good waiter and a bad attitude. I feel that the hotel has not been trained in service. The hotel facilities have a small pool and gym, and nothing else. The room decoration looks good in the picture, but after arriving at the room, it looks a bit like a domestic hotel chain, the room facilities are general, the bath door is bad, the toilet is easy to block, and there is only a cockroach, I want the big bed he gives I am like a single bed. To be honest, the room rate of 550 yuan a night does not include breakfast. I would rather add more than a few hundred to stay at the all-inclusive hotel. However, for those who travel to the scenic spots, they can use it as a place to go out for a few days, because it is within the range of travel.

Awesome 10 nights stay On arrival we were greeted and bags taken and given a glass of champagne. Our first room was right by the lift in building 1 I asked if we could be moved and this was no problem and given a room in building 2 on the 6th floor. Only problem was the window leaked when it rained but wasn’t a massive problem. After all the really negative reviews I was really concerned about staying but I didn’t need to be so worried and stressed. The food is great the bar in the lobby shut at 1am. The staff are fantastic Raul, Johnathon, Enrique Francisco, Antonio are all very great welcoming members of staff and they will keep your glasses topped up every minute of the day if they could. Mary the omelette lady was also awesome and new exactly what I wanted every day especially the day when I choose peppers and she told me they were hot hot ones lol. Sun beds are reserved very early most mornings but we never struggled to get one. Some staff are funny as in wouldn’t change small dollar notes but would do so for other people, we had to ask bar staff to change money for us. Staff in the restaurants would get us a gin and tonic the next night they wouldn’t and this is how it went on. Pool games are there to get everyone involved but your not forced to take part. We would certainly be coming back here as we loved it Thank you team Oleo for a wonderful stay and hope to see you soon

We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.

Nomads is one of my favourite hostels ever. Such a beautiful setting, free yoga on the pier, the most amazing free breakfast and such friendly and helpful staff (Especially the lovely Kaylee & Laura). I met some great travellers that became friends. Its got the perfect balance between parties and work. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

GGuest UserThere were no major issues during our stay. Excellent service! Tips: Bring plenty of $1s for tipping. I'd recommend tipping around $1 per drink and $5-$10 per meal, more for above-and-beyond service.) Take care of the staff and they will take care of you. Meals: Know the dress code before you dine. The sushi restaurant at Umami doesn't require reservations and the food was amazing. Ivonne, our server, provided superior service. Also, as a vegetarian, I was happy that most of the menus indicated which items were vegetarian, but it was a little frustrating at the buffets to not know which items had meat. For example, at breakfast, I didn't know that the refried beans were made with lard. (However, when we asked about it, the staff offered to accommodate my dietary restrictions the next time we dined. Unfortunately, it was too late as we were leaving early the next morning.) Drinks: The drinks were excellent, I recommend getting a michelada (beer with lime and clam juice). Pools: There are two pools, a pool with a bar (not a swim-up bar) and another with hot tubs. There were plenty of daily activities at the main pool. Rooms: Our room (standard) was great, two double beds. No issues with cleanliness or maid service. I loved that there was a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was also good for makeup/grooming. There was a hairdryer. Toiletries provided included shampoo, soap, body wash, and lotion. There was an iron and ironing board. The mini-fridge was stocked daily (not by the maids, a different person kept the fridge stocked) with a Sprite, a Coke, 2 large waters, and two beers. (If you need more water, just ask at the front desk.) There's also a coffee pot in the room. All-inclusive: Know ahead of time what's included in the all-inclusive package and/or don't assume; just ask! The all-inclusive does NOT include room service, premium drinks, spa services, certain menu items, or tips. Also, there are some restrictions regarding the Italian restaurant and Umami, but you can eat at Umami without reservations; you only need reservations to sit at the hibachi bar. I made sure to read a lot of reviews for Hotel NYX before this trip; the negative ones seem to be written by disgruntled guests who were rude to the staff or upset about an issue they didn't report during their stay (waiting till they left to complain). Hats off to the guest experience manager who artfully responds to every single review.

GGuest UserBait and switch masters. Given the fact that this is a very popular resort, management obviously feels entitled to provide the service they deem minimally sufficient in order to maximize profits. My wife and I unknowingly made reservations for a takeover four day weekend. The group doing the takeover had their own events either away from the resort or in specific areas of the resort with no access available to the other guests. I had no issue with that fact given that they paid extra for their events. The fact that the group had over 80% of the rooms reserved resulted in the events organized for the rest of the guests, having next to no attendance, the club was dead every night we were there. The takeover group was very friendly and we had no issues with them. We didn’t see them very much. I requested a transfer to another one of their resorts but Adrian Guevara, supervisor on duty for Premier member services, was unwilling to transfer us unless I paid current prices for those resorts. I made my reservation for temptation ten months ago and even then, the rooms were far from inexpensive. I was not willing to pay more to be transferred. Mr Guevara was rude and the furthest thing from service oriented. Though the entertainment staff tried to improve the atmosphere, the playmakers were for the most part, the only ones on the dance floor every night we were there. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

GGuest UserWhere do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

GGuest UserOverall we had a good stay. The hotel hosted our event of the Motosurf World Cup so I'm sure they have a lot of extra people then usual. With that being said there could have been more seating but I think we just had a lot of people there for the event. Bedroom provided ALOT of clothing storage space, beds were comfortable, a ceiling fan, daily room service (possibly twice daily on several occasions without asking), the rooms were just lovely overall. The staff were all very welcoming from cleaning crew, front desk, Gilberto and Moises always there for you when you needed help with bags, transpiration or a friendly face. There is an excursion office located in the hotel just a little off from the lobby. 3 kitchens to order from inside the hotel as well. (Common area) Located on the 12th floor there is a beautiful Gym with separate men and women sauna and indoor jacuzzi. (S floor) meeting and event rooms The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options, shopping, OXXO (similar to 711), movie theatre, zip line, food court up top, a gym and so much more. We honestly went out to dinner every night here. ***** DO NOT GO TO Catina Kitchen Lat. 20. They literally looked at us Americans and saw dollar signs and made ordering extremely difficult as if they've never dealt with tourists before. We even spoke Spanish and the entire meal was just a really bad experience. *** Highly recommend CAO and Montemare Everything looks high end and food quality is, but the prices were so cheap it was just a fantastic experience to splurge with amazing meals and not break the bank. Masks were still worn around dining room and buffet, other than that not necessary. They have a little shop in the lobby that's nice for minor things and those forgotten items. Don't ask them to change the color or bend down extra, she gave me attitude because I asked her for a NON pink toothbrush for my boyfriend ”bro your really going to make me bend down again” .... Bro?!? (I'm a female and by no means a bro) I couldn't believe it more funny than anything. This hotel is more of a business luxury vibe, not a Cancun party hotel. Yet very nice if you like to come ”home” to tranquility. Thanks for hosting all of us!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is really good, it’s close to the zona hotelera yet it’s still in downtown Cancun, it’s really close to the ADO bus station, which will allow you to take a bus to the airport or to visit other cities at a very cheap price, The hotel looks a bit older than what appears on the pictures online, I visited 4 hotels while in Cancun and this one was the worst in télé of cleanliness, it doesn’t mean that it was dirty, but it’s definitely worst than what you can find in Cancun The breakfast is not bad, the pool is great, the staff is friendly, The decorative style of the hotel looked a bit outdated and it was all over the place, it didn’t feel very coherent to me, which left a bad visual impression over all But the location of the hotel is really great, you have buses going to all sort of places just at your doorstep, that’s a great way to save on transportation, cause taxi fees can quickly add up !

MMelissaPros Location. Rooms, hotel grounds The location is about 5-10 min walk to the main area of downtown with all the shops and markets. The property was very well Kept and clean. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus after exploring all day. The property has a front gate so it made the hotel feel very secure and safe at all hours. Overall no issues with the hotel itself. Cons Communication and checkin I waited outside the gate for 40 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. I tried to call with no answer and ctrip also tried calling with no answer. When I finally saw got checked in the man on the phone said I absolutely did not wait that long and he has just talked me to (he did not). There was no apology for the wait or anything and it came off like that fact that I waited so long was a lie (I do have my conversation with the ctrip agent where we talked about both of us not being able to get ahold of the hotel). I had also asked them if they could help me order a taxi for 4am. The man responded and when I asked to confirm price he didn’t respond for 4 days at which point I had already checked out and left.

GGuest UserOverall this is a decent resort with a good amount of entertainment for a younger crowd. There are lots of options for dining but if you spend your time in the buffet, the options will get a bit repetitive and are lesser in quality. There are different shows and parties each day with a new theme to keep things fresh. The staff are nice but do expect to wait in a line for drinks at most any of the bars. The rooms were clean but are beginning to show a bit of their age. Check in was smooth and checkout was even easier. They do offer Covid testing if that is something that you will need but be sure to book when you arrive as time slots can fill up quickly. Overall, the strong points of this hotel are the massive and beautiful pool, a long and well maintained beach, many options for dining, and a fun and active a**osphere.

Iice00000First of all, I would like to thank Ctrip for its integrity. The order price has a small problem. Ctrip has communicated in time and has not caused any loss or unpleasantness to the customer. When leaving the store, the customer service at the front desk told me that the domestic website is not working, but I still trust it through this. Our Ctrip.

GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl
