Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

Poor check-in experience and poor service attitude. The container marked with shampoo in the room is filled with disinfectant, and I found out after washing my hair with disinfectant. Location is far from Hotel zone and restaurants. There was too much seaweed and we couldn’t swim. Staff is really very nice. Coffee in rooms are super delicious but you can find better hotels much more less prizes. I don’t recommend it. Definitely not worth it.

Very clean, upscale accommodations, great staff and beautiful grounds. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I chose the king superior, ocean view. I also took full advantage of the restaurants and infinity pool.

Was overcharged many times and had to catch multiple charges that had already been paid. Very frustrating and ruined our experience... won't be coming back as each water was 20 dollars
