We loved this hotel, really close to downtown Cancun & can get a free shuttle to the beach zone if you want a day or two there. The staff were so friendly, really felt like they had your back. Once you've got your bearings it's so easy to walk to key places of interest. Was clean, breakfast was great with different options every day & our room was a good size and really comfortable 👌

The room is spacious, the central swimming pool is nice, and the breakfast is great. But the female receptionist wearing big-framed glasses at the front desk was mean-spirited and had a very bad attitude. I originally booked two rooms, but she said she only booked one and gave me a room on the first floor. The room was very damp and smelled like a damp toilet. The toilet was broken and needed to be repaired. Asked her to change to a room upstairs, she said she didn't have one and could only wait for repairs. As a result, the room service staff took the initiative to help us change to a room on the second floor. After I found the two rooms shown on my order book, I went to the front desk and found another male receptionist at the front desk. The male receptionist proactively offered to help us move to two rooms next to each other on the fourth floor. She said to her male colleague in Spanish with an expressionless face that we were in trouble, and she changed it several times. It turned out that my child knew Spanish and the translator told me on the spot...

A very nice hotel located practically in the quiet center of Cancun. Close to the bus station from where you can go to e.g. Playa del Carmen, cenotes, etc. By public transport for about PLN 3 you can go to any beach along the so-called running line. hotel zone. The hotel organized free transfers to the beach center once a day. The breakfasts were very tasty, but could be more diverse. Swimming pool and paddling pool for children without any comments. I look forward to returning to Cancun and this hotel again.

We spent one night there, arriving late before going to Playa Dé Carmen. Is 30 minutes from the airport. Very helpful staff, parking on site. Beautiful hotel with swimming pool. Very good breakfast, Spacious and comfortable room. Good value for money.

Stayed for 2 nights. It was a very convenient hotel as it was close to the bus terminal and local bus stop, so you could easily take the ADO bus from the airport and then take the R1 bus to the resort hotel area. Breakfast was also delicious.

Friendly front desk/ Good cleaning condition (but the entire building and pool smelled badly)/ Breakfast was good/ ADO terminal is within walking distance and the nearby bus stop (R bus) is also nearby/ Check-out is possible until 13:00, but check-in time is strictly 15 o'clock/downtown can be walked, but it's hot and there's not much to see on the way/

Wonderful hotel, rested with the family, I liked everything, there is a shuttle to the sea.

The breakfast is the only good thing I like about this hotel. From our room, we can hear their TV and the people talking from the next guest room. We can hear when they turn on the faucet or shower. The pillows were small and flat. There was a loud noise that sounded like it was coming from a boiler or something similar. It's annoying.
