Good location in the city centre.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you.
Unstable and slow Wi Fi.
I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

It is listed that there is an elevator, but on each floor only for a few individual rooms (3), for the other rooms the stairs should be used. The location of the rooms, such as the maze, and near the hotel offices, laundry, cleaning rooms, etc., is not respectable.
No minibar.
There is no internet (ie it is possible to connect to the Internet, but the speed tends to zero (maybe 3 MB download, 0.5 MB upload - really disappointing)
The double bed - is uncomfortable, thin, and causes back pain after sleeping in this bed.
In short apart from the excellent location and reasonable service, everything else is not worth a three-star hotel.

Начну сразу с того, что до 5 звёзд отелю не хватило удобного расположения розеток по бокам от кровати (одна была у кровати, а другая около входа). Вроде мелочь, а было очень неудобно вдвоём.
В остальном отельчик хороший. Было тепло в номере, постоянно работал кондиционер на обогрев. Номер был чистый , как на фото в интернете.
Ванная была новая, со свежим ремонтом. Нам положили дополнительные средства гигиены.
В отеле есть лестница и лифт. Чтобы пройти к номерам надо пройти через зал завтраков и подняться на другой лестнице выше.
Консьерж обычно сидит в комнате с завтраками, но как тол ко кто-то приходит - сразу подходит ко входу. Очень вежливые все, мы смогли оставит сумки на ресепшн после выселения. При заезде попросили документ - приняли права водительские вместо паспорта без проблем.
Я попросила номер с балконом, но его не было как нам сказали, но нам достался французский балкон - красивый !!!
Вид был на город, хороший.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à ce qui est montré sur le site au niveau de la chambre. Même le balcon annoncé n'était pas dans la chambre. Ensuite il ne faut pas être handicapé de quoi que ce soit car la chambre se trouve à un palier supérieur non accessible par ascenseur. Pas de volet, juste des rideaux blancs en guise de séparation avec l'extérieur.
Ascenseur pour 2 étages très étroit ne peut recevoir plus d'une personne avec une valise. L'ascenseur donne l'impression de tomber en panne tellement il va très lentement.
Bref...cela ne vaut pas 150 euros pour 2 nuits. De plus taxes de séjour en sus à prévoir hors contrat.

This hotel is run very well. The staff are friendly, efficient and easy going. The rooms are clean, large, and vary between a single/ double to a family room. The breakfast is just as varied to Cater for all ages and plenty of Nutella available for the little ones too.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing - bright and very spacious with high ceilings. Everything was immaculate!
2 mins walk to train/bus station, 5 mins to the beach and shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. We will definitely come back!

Nice staff, good breakfast, good location, but tiny, uncomfortable double room even for one person. Bedding fine, but no room between bed and walls. Small but functional bathroom.
