The Residences at Crystal Towers Reviews

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Services was amazing, hotel is clean and it’s close to the airport and shopping centre.

price/quality ratio is at a very good level, I recommend it to everyone - large room, beautiful interior, excellent location, service. very good area. - the rooms are in need of some minor repairs, as the hob and some furniture were slightly damaged. but all the equipment works. We left food packaging in the kitchen, and in the morning we found a cockroach there. in general there were only good impressions

Overall, this is good value for money. The space in the rooms, the view over the Canal and the location worked for me. I will def use them again!

I accidentally left my bottle of perfume in the apartment (Nine Palms - 225B) and I have made several calls to the reception service reporting such event, however they were not very welcoming in all the the times as they promised to come back to me with a response and so far I did not get any feedback from Crystal Towers.

I had a nice stay. I highly recommend. Kudos to the team. And the bonus: the place is closed to Canal Walk shopping Mall.

Modern and very spacious, two-bedroom apartment with excellent security, private parking and conveniently located within walking distance to the Canal Walk Shopping Centre. The Hussar Grill downstairs also served an excellent dinner. All-in-all great value for money. Pre-check-in instructions regarding access upon arrival could have been clearer. Tip: Leave your luggage in your vehicle, check-in at reception and then park in the basement parking lot and use the private lift to your room.

Pre-arranged and confirmed sleepings arrangements were not met. Incomplete cutlery sets. Blocked shower outlet

The room was fantastic. The view was great. The service was wonderful. The access to restaurants was very convenient. The location was very convenient.

Not an overall good experience. Family felt like the rooms were looking and feeling very “tired”. Overall “gritty” feeling to the rooms. Checked out 3x days early to move to another location.
