Jacuzzi was out of order. The room smelled musty and was not very clean. It was very quiet there and the breakfasts were decent.

When you pull into the lot it is clear the hotel is not new or updates. It could definitely use some help outside to spruce it up. The lobby looks a little dated, but overall nice. The breakfast area is set up nicely. It is spread out which helps with overcrowding. We arrived in our room after check in and were very disappointed with the look and feel. The room is not well lit, the couch looks very old and well loved and sheets have definitely seen their best days quite some time ago. We went to fitness room and pool and spoke to the front desk about this, but specifically the couch. We expressed concern of what the mattress would look like as we would have kids sleeping on the pull-out. The woman at the desk told us that the mattresses were in great condition and not to worry. After swimming i pulled out the mattress and it was gross. Lots of yellow stains. I went back downstairs and showed her 2 pictures. She didn't seem surprised but told me that they were sold out, there were no managers working and i should complain the next day. She offered extra blankets and sheets to build a barrier. The next day i spoke to the front desk, she told me there were no managers and nothing she could do. This was only after she was on the phone for 15 minutes and kept trying to ignore me, but i waited her out. at check out i told her about the issue again, she took my phone number to have a manager call me, but told me it was doubtful they could do anything

My room was rather gross honestly. For $200 a night, you’d think the table would simply have been wiped down. The refillable lotion on the wall literally just fell out. The bathtub had so much patchwork done to the outside it looked as if it were painted by Picasso himself. The dishes that were included with the room were dirty. And there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher as well. The food wasn’t that great either. Truly not that good of an experience for the amount of money I had to spend.

Very comfortable hotel. Quiet. Nice amenities. Great service. Comfortable beds. The stay was much better than I expected.

The remodeling was not the best in regards to a patched ceiling in room 215. The bathroom door had substantial water damage at some time and should be replaced. The shower head is loose in the wall. The tub appears to have had an anti-slip mat or stickers at one time. But not now and the shower is super slippery. Overall hotel was nice. We would stay again.

Our room was nice but the dishes were not clean and something on the back of the bathroom door.

Just average. Bed was very hard/firm. Hot tub was not working (this was main reason we booked this hotel). Pool is average. Breakfast was ok at best.

Hot tub wasn’t warm at all room was showing signs of wear I didn’t like the gym and the service no complaints.

Front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor. It was very nice, and clean! The beds were amazing! If we’re back in Caramel we will definitely stay here again!

Our room needed TLC. The dishwasher wasn’t mounted down and fell over when opening the door, there was limited silverware, we were low on soaps in our bathroom, our drain to our bathroom sink was broken so we had to shove a butter knife in it to prop it open so it would drain

Love staying at this hotel! We were just disappointed that they don't have the social anymore between 5-7 in the evening. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel since we would be there Christmas night.

It's a very nice hotel with good amenities. The lobby is lovely and the staff are friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The kitchen worked very well for us. Breakfast is wonderful. Surprisingly they even have Asian food there, which I've never seen anywhere else before. Even though the swimming pool could be a little cleaner, the hot tub could be a little warmer, and the bathroom could be a little more spacious, with this price on a weekend, I have no complaints. I normally struggle with bad smells and/or noises from other rooms or AC in hotels, because I'm pretty sensitive to these. However, I have no problem with these issues in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Awesome having a kitchen with cook-top. We had full Christmas turkey meal and opened presents ❤️
