I had good experience. I stayed in this hostels for about eight days. I got to meet nice people, it was good environment. If you’re going solo, this is the place to be. only one problem no one shows you around of this place when you arrive there.you have to figure out yourself. No one shows you where is the lockers, or bathroom or the bed’s are. but, overall it was good experience, I made few friends in this hostel.

The hostel is quite organized and the capsules are good to have some privacy. There is only one room though, which means it can be very noisy sometimes. Only 3 complete bathrooms, so, if it is weenkend or the city is full of tourists, you can take hours to get to the shower. Location is excellent and the price is very fair!

The bedsheets weren’t changed (we tried 4 different beds and all were dirty from previous guests) bed boxes were not clean, you have to hurry up through breakfast as there isn’t enough space for everyone, not enough toilets and showers for the number of guests. I missed a nice common area to hangout. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, ended up leaving earlier.

This place is simply terrible. We paid 25€/night (not cheap for Colombia) and when we arrived they told us that we have to pay for the towels and to wash the dishes ourselves after breakfast. When they showed me my bed it was obvious that the bedsheets were dirty: there were hairs from someone else. I asked to change them and the guy came with bedsheets taken from some other bed and not even freshly washed. Then I found a bug in the bed (see picture). Then this hostel has 40 beds and only 6 toilets..they are always dirty and busy, no soap, not properly working..The breakfast is nothing special but the problem is that there is not enough seats for everyone, you need to take turns to eat. One day we could not wait and had to skip it. Overall we spent a lot of time waiting for turns for toilets and breakfast. I would never go back and actually decided to sleep somewhere else for one day. Never recommended

We had an amazing time. The hostel is near everything. We had the private room, it was perfect, the price was right, super nice, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, same with everyone who works there. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee is out of this world. Also, the front desk staff recommended a company for tours, we took two and we had the best time, super organized and trustworthy, the price was excellent too. The Clock is super recommended, and we will be back for sure. Thank you for having us.

This is such a cute hostel. It is situated in the heart of busy Cartagena and is close to street vendors, the port, and Getsamani. The front desk reception could try smiling. We were told on our first night that the city was out of water. No discount was offered, nor was bottled water offered. I would appreciate disclosure on 1 working bathroom for a total of approximately 40 beds. There were several bathrooms and showers that were locked and not in use. This was quite an inconvenience for the 3 nights we stayed. I would call ahead and check on the water situation before booking again.

Unfortunately, when you get a private room, you don't get use of the wifi. The network is not even available in your room, they tell you to come downstairs to use it. So i spent a lot of time in the outdoor lobby, it was the only way i was able to work and plan.
I also didn't have access to the breakfasts they have going on in the mornings for those staying in dorms.
The bathroom in my room was beautiful

Great hostel, good price. Love the unique environment of the rooms.
The only thing was that there was no electricity at our arrival. But other than that, would recommand 10/10
