It is near Las America, but within walking distance. There is a supermarket next to it, with pleasant scenery and good hygiene.

The food is ok, but the hotel is remote. It would be better if there is hot water in the swimming place. In addition, the hotel elevator takes a long time to wait. All the food in the hotel requires service charges.

Staff was excellent and easy taxi service. Had a convenience store and pharmacy on property that was superb. Restaurant was a plus only room for improvement would be the walk path to the beach. Overall the staff and property was excellent and will come back!!

The hotel is not old but need maintenance. Some rooms are fine but others not. Some areas need more light and to be cleaner.

First of all, we will come back not doubt. The place is beautiful, the food it’s delicious and the service is outstanding!
The crew was magnificent, the bartender Jade makes the best Mojitos ever, their captain Sebastian made us feel so welcome, and the whole crew including Adalberto, Yainelis, Lina, Wendy, and Alonso made our stay the most memorable and wonderful experience.

I like that the property was very close to many things and places and that it had a 24 hour store on site . I really disliked being harassed by the beach vendors and police in front of the hotel relentlessly for money.

I was very pleased with their service , really really friendly staff and helpful. Two bars / two pools / gym / onsite parking / room service excellent.
