An exciting vacation , of complete relax , on one of the most beautiful islands of the world , is a special experience.Staying in a four star hotel , surrounded by the greenery of the slope of Epomeo , completed by a thermal park , as well as with large spaces for sports and fun , this is " Suisse Thermal Village" , at Ischia Casamicciola , part of the hotel chain " Aurum " , scattered in the most prestigious places of our beautiful Italy.Everything is controlled by the director Alessio , who as an orchestra conductor leads the activity of the bathing attendant , Giovanni , the cook , Gianluca , excellent in his culinary skills , along with the head waiter , Fabio and the entertainers Aldo e Manuel , who amaze us all day long.Everything is magic as in a surreal paradise.I advise you to spend summer or winter holidays in the hotel chain " Aurum " , because you'll find a warm hospitality and enjoy fully pleasant and unforgettable days.

Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms) is needed. The air condition worked very well and the room was fresh. The room was big enough for four people and the beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well and it was cool enough to keep your waterbottles cold.

Waiter service and friendly, accommodating staff. Although the village is low cost, the food is not bad at all and the cleaning is efficient for a good stay. Perfect both for families and for a couple's trip or alone. I had a great time and I would not hesitate to relive this experience.

Room not acceptable for a 4 star. It's only good for a 3 star at the selling price. Cleanliness and services could be greatly improved. Just decent.
Breakfast just acceptable but too many queues and food... well I don't know how to define it... edible.

Decadent structure. Dilapidated. It's slowly falling apart. Non-existent customer service Not convenient to reach and move around to visit Ischia. Literally canteen cuisine: 20 minutes in line to get a first course and another 20 for a second course. Because in this supposed 4-star hotel they don't serve you at the table... but you have to queue like in prison. As well as the rooms: cells. The swimming pools, the only nice thing about the structure, open for a few hours and at limited time slots. For the price paid and how it is sold by the site it is misleading to say the least. I've been to 2 stars that were a hundred times better!! I would never go back there even for free.

A restaurant to forget. Typical service from AURUM. Poor food, indescribable queues at the self-service, ridiculous buffet. Friendly but left out staff. Highly Not recommended, never again.

Il Suisse Thermal Village, che si trova sulla punta di Casamicciola, ho trovato che fosse un po lontano dal mare, l'hotel non disponeva di una navetta ma era presente un autubus che passava molto spesso. per la seconda volta che abbiamo alloggiato lì, e a distanza di un anno avevano aggiunto il campo di padel, dove mio marito e i suoi amici hanno passato molto tempo. Abbiamo cercato anche altre strutture che disponessero del campo di padel ma il Suisse rimaneva il più adatto. Lo suggerisco vivamente.
