The appartment was dirty and worn down. The shower was full of filt from other guests. The outside area and pool was in the same state, dirty and not taken care of in a Long time. The service from the staff were in the few cases they answerd the Phone, unfriendly and rude. Do not recommend anybody to stay here, a health hassard.

Apartment was nice but when we booked they didn’t mention anywhere that they dont have reception in apartment. We got email saying check out between 2pm to 6pm and we arrived at 2.30pm and found out we had to walk 20 minutes to other hotel to pick our keys and on the way back we had to book taxi to apartment coz we had luggage. Ps they didn’t have hairdryer in the bathroom and when we called reception next day for hairdryer she was so rude on the phone.

The room super comfortable, clean and excellent Wi-Fi connection.
The reception area is very far from the property, we had to walk with the suitcases to the property for about 5 to 8 minutes and it is very far from the center of Barcelona.

Estuvimos muy muy a gusto. Nos atendieron de forma muy cercana a pesar de ser unos apartamentos. Nos alojamos en un duplex que se había quedado libre, no nos hicieron pagar la diferencia. Había alguna bombilla fundida y el aire de arriba no funcionaba pero la verdad es que nos dio igual porque la cocina y el resto del apartamento estaban muy bien equipados :) Si vais recordad que no hay supermercados cerca andando pero con el bus se llega en 10 minutos

L'hôtel en soi est magnifique mais ne dispose pas d personnel sur place il faut aller dans autre hôtel à pieds a 20 mn de marche et sous le soleil pour récupérer les badges d'entrée et revenir toujours à pied c'est vraiment dommage

J'ai réserver 2 nuit , la deuxième je suis rentré tard et le badge ne marcher pas pour rentrer dans ma chambre et n'ayant plus de batterie dans mon téléphone je n'ai pas plus appeler le numéro de service , donc dodo dans la voiture . A 9h je suis à l'accueil pour leur expliquer que le badge ne marcher pas et que l'on a dormis dans la voiture. Il s'excuse pour le badge défaillant et me dit qu'il vous me rembourser une nuit .Cela fait un mois que je suis rentré en France et 5 coups de file passer on me dit que l'on ne me remboursera pas. Etablissement à éviter.
