The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future

The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.

Four nights seeing Swansea and hinterland.Llanelli shopping park a pleasant discovery.The city centre pleasant even though surrounded by ubiquitous supermarkets and “retail parks” it still felt reasonably prosperous and visited. Students keep things lively eg Wind Street. Hotel excellent spot where you could leave the car and walk. Quiet even though on a main road (from Gower) that never slept.

Great hotel and location to the shops,theatre and pubs etc. Very clean and breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were very helpful Will return when we need a stay.

Lovely stay, quick check in, friendly staff, big room, comfy beds, only down side is expensive parking however it’s a safe place to park. We were told if cheaper options from reception staff . Perfect location for shopping too
