El menu muy caro de 30€ y las cantidades y la calidad no corresponden al precio. Por otro lado les han servido a los niños un plato de macarrones blancos con tomate sin chorizo y sin nada y 16€ cada racion me ha parecido un engaño total. Prohiben indicando en la carta poder compartir ningun menu. La verdad que me he sentido engañada a la cara, no volveré jamas. En la carta ponia 14€ la racion de alcachofas y en la factura ha cobrado 16€, he hablado con la dueña pero no entraba en razones.

A todos los clientes de hoy de distintas mesas les cobran 13 + el cafe 14,50 A mi que soy un trabajador autónomo por llevar corbata me ha cobrado 16 + el café 17,50. Dicen (y mienten) que el menu son 16 y que hacen descuento a los habituales. Mentira, los no habituales pagamos esa burrada de menú paea comoebar los descuentos...muy poca vergüenza. Lo denuncie hace varios años y hoy he vuelto y siguen pero ahora te clavan 3 euris mas que al resto. Aconsejo seguir mexia hora mas y en Sasamon en El Castillo cobran a todos igual y se come mas y mejor14,5 con el café...)

Fatal el trato recibido por el PROPIETARIO, una y no mas, nunca mas volveremos, no lo aconsejo para nada!! Hay otras muchas opciones donde seguro te van a tratar con respeto, en este Hostal Los Oteros como digo no es el caso!! El buen trato brilla por su ausencia!!!

Mencion especial al buen servicio y amabilidad de María (camarera), y al trato nefasto a la misma desde la cocina para la salida de platos. Nos ha violentado mucho el trato vejatorio hacia una persona que durante todo el tiempo que hemos estado ha hecho un trabajo intachable. Comida correcta.

Estuve con mi pareja alojado un fin de semana. Todo resultó mejor de lo esperado. La comida buenísimo, las camas cómodas, el agua con fuerza, el desayuno bueno y el trato inmejorable. ¡Repetiremos segurísimo!

Pues un Hostal para dormir poco por los ruidos de las plantas de arriba ( me toco dormir planta baja) pero con 4 personas el ruido no te deje dormir. Todo de madera y mal insonorizado . La cama malísima.
